Nod offers its hand in a mutual friendship and military alliance. Whilst there are some nations who will try to turn your ear away from my talk of friendship I say here an now, that it is these rogue nations that are secretly amassing armies against us all.

Any nation that does wish to form a close friendship with Nod then please make yourselves known. You all need powerful friends watching your backs against the oppressors of the world.
