OOC: Oh now I know what you mean. I had no idea what you were talking about. I don't know where you live in real life, but that area is called Prussia on the maps here.
IC:
"Yes, the Kaliningrad Oblast. Once a part of Lithuania. After the collapse of the USSR, it was seperated from the rest of Russia. Now it is (unfortunately) surrounded by all EU countries and it might be better for it to be given independence or back to Lithuania. It should be noted, however, that the majority of the people living there are Russian."

President Adamkus faced Putin he had many things to discuss.
"We would accept the area into being in our country. They would be able to speak Russia much like the people in Quebec spoke French. Also we would accept your offer in training our Special Drug Force, but there is more frighting matters. We have sent Lithuanian troops into Djibouti to help the people and the Australians are poised to attack. Since your troops are in the area we would like to establish a pact between are countries. Also we have sent the troops, engineers, doctors, scientist, and teachers to help Djibouti. We would like to do some joint operations with you and Djibouti and Ethiopia.

"Well from what I'm told Ethiopia just needs us to keep the foundation stable until it can set its own, if you will. And there is talk of Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Eritrea uniting. You can stay in Djibouti and help out. If Austrailia causes trouble, Russia will gladly defend its fellow Slavs as we have done always. On Kaliningrad, perhaps we could work out some sort of deal..."

"In Kaliningrad all the government officials would keep their jobs until the next election. I think we might be able to help you by having the right to drill any oil off the coast of Kaliningrad if we find any. We I have just recently found some off the coast of Lithuania. Also we want to have a joint effort in Djibouti and Ethiopia. Our country wants to improve the railroad between the two countries."
