New Haven

The gray castle (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/WolfeCastle.jpg) of Wolfe stood in the center of the capital. This castle was built in 1890 went New Haven was founded. That was when the capital was moved from Haven, now known as Old Haven, to the city between the mountains. Back then it was only Wolfe castle and few two story wooden building on the castle’s outside. Now, the city was like every modern city on Wolfe Island. Multiple buildings around the castle, made out concrete and glass. No more dirt roads are in the city, all of the roads are asphalt roads now. A beautiful mountain city, New Haven is. But the city is not were the fun is now. Right now, a meeting was happening at Wolfe Castle.

Lord Governor Cain Wolfe (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/CainWolfe.jpg) sat behind has marble desk with Lieutenant Colonel Steve Poll (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/Poll.jpg), Colonel Ethan Reed (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/EReed.jpg) and Colonel Stephen McGowan (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/McGowan.jpg) sitting in chairs in front of the desk. Two maps were on the desk, one of the whole continent of Irathria and the other at map of Wolfe Island with the surrounding islands.

“The main targets would be the eastern islands.” said Cain. “Those islands should have been took back in the 1800s.”

“Yes, that is true.” said Poll. “So…when do we start this take over, sir?”

“When every you can get to it.” said Cain. “The faster, the better.”

“Understand.” said Poll. Him, Reed, and McGowan stood up and saluted Cain before they head off to get every ready. The reason why they saluted him is because he was the last command of 17th Black Angels, having the rank of Major General with Steve as his second-in-command.

It was midnight by the time, the scout helicopters heads towards the unclaimed islands in eastern side. They would search the upper islands, the closest ones to Goldenberg. So, the helicopters would be coming out of Base Blueton. Five CSH-2 Rooivalk attack helicopters, armed with air-to-air missiles and 20mm rounds, flew towards the upper islands. The Rooivalks are the best scout type helicopters on Wolfe Island because the AH-6J Little Birds helicopters could not put up a good fight like Rooivalks or Havocs can.

The pilots mission were to stay out of the Xharn airspace and under the radar. They would do two fly-bys of the first island, to see if there is any human lives or secret bases on the island. If everything was clear and there was no secret bases on the island, five Mi-35 Hind E would fly in and drop of some Dominion soldiers. After the Rooivalks do both two fly-bys, they would move to the next island.

“All clear.” said one of the Rooivalk pilots on the radio. The five helicopter finished the second pass over of the first island. Everything was clear, no human lives or secret bases. This island was about to be in the Dominion hands.

“Roger that.” said a voice on the other end of the radio. “The package is on the way. Move to next island.”

At that same time, five Mi-35 Hind E assault transport helicopters entered the air and started heading towards the first island. On each Hind E was six soldiers of the 17th Black Angels, armed with an AR-56 assault rifle, a M-12 MasterKey double-barreled shotgun, a PHX Hi-Power 10mm pistol and wearing a set of Transylvanian body armor in black.

The Black Angels exited the Mi-35 Hind E assault transport helicopters as soon as they touch the beaches of the first island. The soldiers formed up about fifty yards in front of the Hind Es, their rifles pointing inward parts of the island. Ten of them moved to the helicopters and unload their gear. The Hind Es entered the air after everything was unload.

Three of the thirty Black Angels began to place the Dominion flag; one to put the break away flag together, on to hit the flag pole in the ground and one to put the flag on the pole. As the flag rose into the air, the first island was now the property of the Dominion. The soldiers began building a temporary base around the flag. Fifteen soldier began scouting the island on foot.

Meanwhile an another operation was happening at the southern islands. Ra class monohull SC patrol boats began cruising around the three southern islands. There were six of Wolfe Island’s patrol boats guarding those three island. But there were ten smaller ships with the patrol boats, close to the size of an off-shore fishing boat. On each side of those ten boat were rigid-hull inflatable boats. Soon four of them broke away from the fleet.

Aboard this boats were ten Black Angels each. The four boats cruise towards the northern beach of the biggest island, the RIBs left the fishing boats and head towards the beach. Five soldiers on each of the RIBs, ready to see if this big island had any people.

The forty soldiers began searching the island after planting the Dominion flag on the northern beach. They would divide into ten men groups and start from the flag, heading inside the island. Ever 250 yards, they would plant a small red fall and mark that location on a GPS device. It would take these men over four hours to plot the whole island and search it on foot.
