OOC: You know, lasers don't use bullets...
Actually, my model does. Instead of the rifle containing a limited amount of phased plasma, (40w range) we put it into our "bullet" projectiles. This way, it would cut down on the production cost of the rifle, therefore lowering the consumer price. Thank you for your question!

I ordered 4 Sniper tanks in the other post and I don't think I ever got a reply... do you have a link to that old storefront perchance?
I appologize, my friend. Your order shall be confirmed upon your wiring of the money in the amount of your order's cost. Also, where and how do you want it transported to?

Then why not just call it a plasma rifle instead of a laser, which by its very definition is a beam of concentrated light? Also, 40 watts is a VERY small amount of energy, a 9mm slug (technically) has more. Heck, 40 watts is all the destructive power of a hand warmer.

500 million dollars has been wired from Geneticon. Please send the tanks to Geneticon, via whatever you have to get them there.

Why must you ride my yamean? Why don't I demonstrate its destructive power for you? Would you like that? I shall show you a picture of what our rifles and our pistols can do to a man!

Otagia's right, dear - A lightbulb menaces you with the destructive energy of 60 watt, and the typical (Modern) pistol round carries a muzzle energy in the low hundreds of joules (W = J/s). The weakest handguns I know of - Effective range ten or twenty metres - fire projectiles with an energy in excess of sixty joules. And these don't suffer from beamspread, like lasers and/ or particle beams (As which i'm now classifying your plasma, to avoid 'Plasma doesn't work' stuffs) do.
