The C.A. Weasel Water floated above the sea, in an almost serene state. It was one of 14 ships in Light Invasion Force A, and it had seen a lot in the past 48 hours. The Invasion Force headed to the newly found island of Bayland and its sister islands the day before, and found themselves in a shallow salt pond. While the heavy cruiser almost crashed into a shoal, an exploration group found indeginous peoples, not unlike the ancestors of Florintine. A breif skirmish occured, but after they found out they spoke English, they began to talk terms. The natives, amazed by the technology of the Ramisslians, agreed to let there land be under Ramissle control, provided they were given something called "an apartment" in something called "the inner city". After this breif incursion, Light Invasion Force B entered the area with a load of the Civilion Army, a group of engineers and contractors who worked for the goverment in exchange for first dibs on new complexes. As the Civilian Army began to lay out the plans, and a small runway was constructed, a large storm blew several ships ashore.
Similar occurences happened in the islands just off Ramissle to the Outer Sea and Inner Sea, although the small yet mighty Home Defense Fleets were involved in there undertaking. Both areas, although new to the Incorperation, were included in the annual "Top Places to Vacation in Ramissle, even with the intense military presence.
