The Huahinian Gov't would like to announce the beginning of its space programme. Whilst other nations have spent millions and billions on bureaucracy, our great nation under one leadership as been drawing up a feasilibility plan for a space programme, and it has been decided that the Huahinian Space Agency will be formed, with the goal to launch its first Satellite into space by the end of this year (OOC-maybe we could introduce some kind of date system into EII, and say, for example, this year is 2000, and each month is another year, just a suggestion), from an air launched platform. Then construction for a single stage reusable platform, capable of carrying a four man crew as well as a small payload, will begin.
Any nations interested in joining are more than welcome, although different nations will have different limitations as to their participation.
