There is a major lack of ancient RPs right now, so I thought of starting one. My idea was to work in the Keltic Iron age, because it annoys me that no one ever knows anything about the Celts. So, we'd each be choosing an area of north/central europe and have "Keltoi like" developpment (because they crushed everyone else and it would make it fair). And we'd duke it out for control of Europe. We'd probably keep recruiting people as we go, and eventually find people to RP as Rome, Greece and similar, but that'll come later. A good starting date is probably around 500 BC, giving about 50 years to invade a good piece of land, and 114 years to take down Rome. 1 day = 1 year sounds about right, but we'll probably use flex time.

Well I am new around here but I love ancient warfare, so I guess I could give this a try.

keltoi, why are you always starting new threads but never finishing your old ones?

Cause my old ones are DEAD. I'll try bringing feudal back though if you like. I'm still going on Classical Mediteranean though.
