(OOC: The National Holiday of Van Luxemburg will be taking place on the 13th of April. A long time away, but as it's my own birthday, and I need to make an extensive RP of it, I will start already. Heads of State, MP's, Ambassadors, all will be welcome at the party if they send a request first.)

A black Audi A8 rumbled over Motorway A27, Heading North. It was making a steady 200 kilometres per hour, on it's way to the exit. It had to brake extensively before it was able to exit correctly. In front of the vehicle, a TVR Sagaris, painted in the colours of the Police Grand-Ducale and equipped with the usual warning lights, had escorted the vehicle, but broke off in favour of two policiers on BMW motorcycles. The vehicles passed a traffic light, ignoring it's red colour. The small column then drove on, through a small village, reaching the town of Rijswijk, 1780 inhabitants. The vehicles sped past a roundabout, and headed into the village. On the end of the Nieuwstraat, a street with around 30 houses, the vehicles halted.

The house on that position might have looked normal, but it wasn't. It was a Grand-Ducal residence, and to be more detailed, the home of the parents of the current Grand Duke. Prince Anno van Luxemburg, although well in it's forties, was a man who had done a lot for the nation when he was a Grand Duke, but had passed the right on to his son, since a while. With that, the National Holiday also changed, from November 6 to April 13. And now, Anno was the main organiser of the usual Party in Luxembourg, that day.

It now was the 5th of March, but the date was closing. Anno was already busy organising the party, and was away daily, to ensure that everything was perfect. It would be a great surprise by the time that Koen returned, somewhere in March, from it's visit to The Vuhifellian States.

He was dressed in a grey suit, when he entered the waiting Audi. He would need to head for the Region France, where one of the best restaurants in the whole of Van Luxemburg could be found: Chez Dominique Pranton. It had received 3 Michelin Stars, and was on it's way to become one of the best restaurants of the world. It however wasn't cheap. But that was a thing Anno didn't care. Now, the Audi was heading towards Paris at a high rate of speed, entering the A27 again. Anno could've took one of the jets at Rotterdam or Eindhoven, but he liked his A8 more. It raced over the emergency lane, escorted by the TVR Sagaris again. However, the TVR had a hard time keeping up with the Audi. It wasn't illegal to drive so fast, as all motorways had no speed limit. But of it had, the vehicles were violating it badly...

Paris

After a trip of several hours long, the Audi, now equipped with a whole lot of insects on the front of the car, and the stench of a clutch used to the limit around it, stopped in front of the restaurant. The starry night was turning cold at the time of the year, and the parking lot was almost filled up with expensive vehicles. Here, Ferrari's and Bentleys were no exception. But, it had to do with an extra Audi on the lot. Anno got out of the vehicle, and headed to the back door.

When he got in, the delicious smell of a high-class restaurant headed towards him. Several chefs ran around him, carrying food that would sell for a few thousand dollars a piece. Anno looked around somewhat, and quickly found what he needed to have. He shortly touched Dominique Pranton on his shoulder, but it was already too much. A delicious Cordon Bleu went airborne, heading for Anno's face. He could barely evade it, and it hit one of the pupils at the restaurant in the neck. The temperature of the meat was high, and the pupil spilled a lot of Bouillon soup in the process. Then, a Dominique with it's eyes widened, low eyebrows and a grim mouth turned around. The fury of his face almost did the pupil jump towards the door, but Dominique was back to normal as quickly as he saw the Prince.

Sir, what can I do for you?

Anno looked around, seeing all the delicacies being carried in and out of the kitchen.

Well, as you know, Van Luxemburg has it's National Holiday nearing. I would like to ask if you can serve the food.

Dominique's face cheered up, with his eyebrows highering up to a few centimetres.

Ofcourse Sir! What an honour!

Anno answered with an extremely happy face, made on purpose.

Thanks. My men will make further contact with you. This is Top-Secret for now.

But Dominique didn't let that go over his side, and offered the Prince his dinner. That was a thing Anno couldn't resist. He firstly mailed the invitations, before he went to his delicious dinner.

The black skies had shown the start of another night, and Luxembourg-Findel Intl. was silent. No foreign flights were expected anymore, so people were already busy with cleaning up, and closing several doors. But, on the last minute, a large Airbus A380 approached the runway. It was hard to see, but the large sentence didn't cover up this was one of the most important aircraft in Van Luxemburg. The words Gouvernment Grand-Ducale du Vun Lëtzebuerg flashed off the hull, indicating this was the Air Force One of Van Luxemburg, usually indicated as "Her Majesty". It was frequently said that rulers were married to "Her Majesty", and not to anyone else.

Inside the aircraft, Grand Duke Koen checked through the last of his papers, then laying them down inside one of the (usually locked) expensive cabinets. It was time to head for the exit, as the beauty had reached her designated location. Koen walked downwards to the main exit, which had been linked up with the terminal. As soon as he stepped out, the doors closed, and his guards guided him through the building, although he knew it like the back of it's hand. He passed the customs without any problem, and was quickly admitted when his passport was shown. Outside, their vehicles waited.

Two BMW M5's shot over the Autobahn A1 like projectiles. They cleared the road ahead, to ensure a heavily armoured and stretched Rolls-Royce Phantom could pass through, escorted by several BMW motorcycles of the Garde Grand Ducale, the Grand Duke's elite guards. The column was closed by two BMW 760Li's, aswell as another two BMW M5's. The column could be seen from far away by the amount of flashing lights, and some people were watching it along the side of the Autobahn. They were however quickly pushed away from the vicinity of the vehicles by security personell, which ensured that no-one, especially not since the war on Guyana Island, could come too close to the Grand Duke, who was quite a person of the people.

Somewhat later, the vehicles arrived at a big, extensively lighted building on the outskirts of Luxembourg. The palace inside Luxembourg wasn't used anymore as an official residence, but sued for official events. The place where the Grand Duke, and eventually his or her family slept, was the Nei Groussherzogliches Palast, just outside of Luxembourg. It was built in 1906, in a combination of Western, Asian, African and Arabic styles.

The cars were quickly admitted, and the guards closed the doors to any uninvited visitor, to ensure safety. Meanwhile, the Grand Duke was home.
