OOC: This is an RP about my nation seceding to my other nation, Ramissle, so I don't have to control two nations in the same continent. Please, do not post any combat stuff in here unless you are in my continent. Not that I want to keep this an only Irathria thread, just realistically they would be the only ones who care.
IC:

President Jimmy Kastleton stepped on to his jet. He was cold. Really cold. Jimmy was at the Yellow River International Airport, which he had to admit was not the best place in the world right now. After he stepped in, the planes doors closed. He walked to a seat in the back, and waited for takeoff. He was all alone, just him and the pilot. A single tear slid down his face as they took off, only he knew why.

Vice President Dylan Weis sat at his desk. His phone was ringing off the hook, but he didn't answer. He was looking out the window, at the Damtree skyline. He saw ancient courtyards, office buildings, the 2nd Century Colliseum, and the new Skydome, all set together perfectly. He looked down at his gun, and looked out the window again. What were we thinking?

President Statton, unlike his Florin counterpart, was not crying. In fact, he had a smile on his face.
"Ok Tori, tell me whats on the agenda today."
"Well sir, you have a meeting with the Lobsterfishermans Union at 11, a photoshoot with the New Tunis highschool Football team at 12, they won the championship yesterday, and a meeting with the Florintine President at 1.
"Push the president to 1:30. I want to play a pick up game with the New Tunis team. I played for them, you know."
"Yes sir, right away."
President Statton layed back in his chair, and waited for his morning coffee.

Jimmy Kastleton stepped off the plane. It was warm out, at least warmer than Omanli. As soon as he got on the tarmac, a couple of security officers escorted him to a limo.
"All by yourself today Mr. Kastleton?"
"I just want to get this over with."
The limo drove away to Stattons Estate.
An Hour Later
Jimmy and the officers escorting him walked into the estate. It was amazing. Traditional fountains, arches, everything, they were everywhere. The estate even smelled of Ancient Irathria. It was 1:30, seeing how Jimmy had the limo stop at a bar for lunch to waste the time away, and he now had to rush to Stattons office. He stepped inside.
"Ahh, President Kastleton. A pleasure to see you. Whats the word in Florintine?"
Well Brendon, not well. We did a small study to see how the public would react to the, um-"
"Merger. Purely business on our end."
"Um, yes, but anyways, they didn't react well. See, the Florins are very patriotic, especially since the war, and quite frankly I don't see why the would in the first place."
"Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, have you not learned? There is a solution to every problem. Now, while we discuss this, how about some late lunch. I have to say, those New Tunis kids are some promising football players, they really gave me a run for my money. I wonder if we could arrange some kind of internation bowl game or-Wait, I got it! I'll go get the food, wait here!"
Statton ran out of the room.
After A few cold ones and a bucket of clams...
"Ok Jimmy, heres how we do this. We convince your people that our nations are one, that we are not two people but one group. We hold inter nation football games, start merging our political structures. Not only will this gradually convince the Florins that we need eachother, but it'll keep that strong patriotism. Got it?"
"I think so. When can we start?"
"Now."

One Year Later
The Florins brought down from there almost nationalistic state, Ramissle and Florintine held elections voting in the small nation as a provience. The result was a landslide: Florintine was officially part of The Incorperation. Now, the "Twin Rams, as they now called themselves, would advance each other not only economically and politically, but socially as well. This was a new chapter in both nations histories.
