The Dominion of Valtaxia Historical records….
The planet of Valtaxia Prime was finally united under one banner. The Dominion of Valtaxia an alliance a several different factions had united to destroy the one thing that kept them from power and protecting the Valtaxian people from themselves and from alien invaders, The Federation of Valtaxia.
The Federation a corrupt government advocating the belief in the heresy of democracy was trying to turn the people into a life of corrupt and evil liberalism. They even spoke of abolishing the belief in the gods. The Dominion of Valtaxia could not allow this affront any longer under the orders of his greatness Sovereign V'rakesh. The secret weapons were deployed, a stockpiled nuclear arsenal was released at the Federation's main continent of Corsenta. The Federation of Valtaxia had failed to develop any kind of response to our righteous and honorable missile strike and in the end four billion Valtaxian were annihilated off Corsenta, which became a terrible nuclear wasteland. The Dominion of Valtaxia then united the other four continents of Rahmn, Xong, Makindor, and Boshrog to their own of Dominios.
The continent of Corsenta sadly possessed the majority of the Valtaxia Prime's population and thus leaving Valtaxia Prime with a mere five million people. Shortly after united Valtaxia Prime under the great and Sovereign ruler V'rakesh and the Dominion. The Circle of Wonders was found during a reconnaissance mission on Corsenta. The Dominion of Valtaxia for year's thought that the circle was a strange artifact from ancient times. The Dominion scientist's researching the circle accidentally discovered it was a gate to other worlds. The Dominion of Valtaxia was pleased with this discovery and began to send infiltration teams to scout out distant planets. The Dominion of Valtaxia received a huge benefit in technologies stolen from the circle. However on occasion there were certain aliens that proved to be a threat and in some situations there were many skirmishes of battle against these alien abominations.
The Dominion of Valtaxia was not always victorious against the aliens especially the ones with spacecraft. One of these races for example was the Gould a powerful alien race that had the galaxy under their thumb. The Dominion of Valtaxia fearing they may be enslaved like many of the Gould slave worlds began to halt Gate activities. The new Sovereign K'morian demanded that Dominion scientists and engineers build warships to defend Valtaxia Prime from invasion.
Present Day (Five Years later)
The Sovereign K'morian was in his command room watching the screen. It was a great day, The new warships he ordered to be built had finally been completed. The ships would greatly increase the power and the prestige of the Dominion of Valtaxia. The Gould and other alien races would not be able to just walk in and invade the Valtaxian system.
The Sovereign smiled as he watched the first of the Dominion warships leave the surface to head into orbit. The newly created Dominion of Valtaxia class warship's Draco-cruiser called the Dominion's Sentinel was already out of the atmosphere and making orbit towards were the old missile satellite defense grid was located.
The Sovereign K'morian smiled and nodded to the Commander of the ship Admiral J'sokar via hologram imaging stolen from the race known as Asgard. The Admiral smiled back and set a string of command codes to set the ship in orbit and lock around the planet.
The Sovereign then turned to his Chancellor of Research and Development and said, "Is the other ship operational?"
The Chancellor of Research and Development named Bosrhan replied, "Yes, my sovereign the first heavy-battleship class warship known as the V'rakesh is operational. It awaits your orders to launch my sovereign."
The Sovereign K'rmorian said, "Then launch it."
The Chancellor Bosrhan replied, "By the will of the Dominion my Sovereign."
The first heavy battleship class warship V'rakesh with the young military Captain V'morstis received the orders to launch from their facility in Xong's central mountains.
The massive ship took off into orbit like her sister ship but unlike her she was heading for the first moon's orbit with orders to hold position there and begin to drills to make sure all systems were in working order for space travel..

On board the V'rakesh....
Captain V'morstis looked a little nervous this was his first command and it had to be one of his people's first warships. He had to successful or he would never be able to live it down.
The V'rakesh had gone through several tests and had passed them all with flying colors remarkably. The trick was now to send the ship to another star system and see if they find planets that are available for colonization or placing military bases..
The Captain after a few moments took a few deep breaths and said, "Weapon's officer what is the status of our weaponry?"
The Officer replied, "Captain, the nuclear missiles are armed and ready The laser
Cannons are operational and our shields are ready to take on a Gould mothership."
The Captain replied, "Okay, Our orders after these drills is to set out for the nearest star system with our new hyper-drive engines. Is everyone ready for a jump?"
The V'rakesh made her first ever jump, The Heavy-Battleship was making a medium size jump hopefully not enough to catch any galactic superpowers attention.
The Ship finally exited after two hours Valtaxian time into an unknown system. The Captain ordered the ship to start scanning the local planets for signs of life…

Captain V'morstis looked bored out of his mind the solar system had one inhabitable planet and the scanning had taken an hour to do.
The scanner finally announced that there was life on this rock and primitive life at that. It seemed it was a group of humans that had been sent there by the Gould as slave laborers. It seemed the Gould must have lost interest for there was no sign of Hatak attack vessels.
The Captain V'morstis smiled and said, "Weapons Officer arm the laser cannons and prepare to systematically wipe out the humans on the planet."
The Weapons officer replies, "Yes Captain arming the laser cannons and targeting the humans settlements on the planet."
The Captain V'morstis then order the communication officer to send a message back to Valtaxia Prime with information about the planet and the direct orders by the Captain to begin preparation for the conquest of the planet either by force or by planetary surrender.
The message was not coded thanks to the Valtaxian officers sloppiness and the following message could be heard clear across the sector…..
...."Dominion Central Command, We have found a human occupied world our vessel is in position to begin orbital bombardment should the inhabitants feel they can withstand the might of the Dominion of Valtaxia. Long Live the Sovereign and the Dominion!".....
The V'rakesh began to arm it's laser cannons and targeting the human villages scatter across the planet surface.
The Captain V'morstis smiled and said, "Communication's officer send a large hologram image of myself down to every human settlement on this rock."
The Communication Officer replied, "Yes Captain, The hologram imaging is engage sir!"
On the planet's surface….
The image of the Captain appeared like a eight foot tall super being in front of every single village in the planet. Some people wondered if a god had suddenly decided to pay them a visit and some ran for fear of this giant alien that had just appeared out of nowhere.
The Captain chuckled to himself as the people ran in fear however he regain his composure and said to all the villages at once, "People of this world, You will surrender to the might of the Dominion of Valtaxia. Those that fail to do this will suffer this as their fate!"
The hologram turned into a giant view of a mountain in a remote area on the planet. The V'rakesh fired it's main laser cannon batteries at the mountain. Leaving a giant gapping hole in the middle of the mountain and causing sever damage to the area around it.
The hologram reappeared and said, "Your settlements will each receive and individual chance to surrender. Those that fail to surrender will find their settlement leveled to the ground that is all."
The hologram disappeared and the people in the villages were cringing in fear….

Valtaxia system…..
The Dominion's Sentinel received the message and relayed it to the Dominion's Central Command down on the planet. The Sovereign K'rmorian and the Chancellors all debated on what to do. The Chancellor of foreign affairs wanted to integrate the system and it inhabitants into the Dominion. The Chancellor of War wanted to exterminate the humans and send colonist to the inhabitable planet. The Dominion's Central Command was deeply divided on the issue.
The Sovereign had to weigh the options and make the final decision since his vote would be the tiebreaker. The Sovereign Krmorian thought about it for a while and said his feeling openly, "If they surrender and we exterminate them. How would the rest of the Galactic or intergalactic community take it? We could integrate them into our society but they are hideous and ugly. It might scare our citizens to live side by side with these abominations. The aliens might corrupt us and offend the Gods. I have thus finally come with my decision since we have annexed the system. We will claim divine right to cleanse it of vermin. The humans on it are vermin anyway right. We could sterilize the planet for immediate colonization."
The Chancellor's all bowed to the wisdom of the Sovereign and shortly after ward a coded message was sent to the V'rakesh.
…."Cleanse the world of the human vermin in the name of the gods and the Dominion. The Sovereign himself has decreed it so."….
The V'rakesh's Captain V'morstis received the message that sealed the humans fate, He read his orders and after three seconds of hesitation said, "Laser Cannons fire at the humans and burn them in the name of the Dominion and the Soverign!"
On the Planet's Surface…..
The V'rakesh's incredible Laser Cannon armament fired at the planet aimed at ever single human settlement. The beams cut into the middle of the settlements burning everything they touched. The after blasts of the weakest of the laser cannons would destroy at least five blocks in a modern city and the human villages were no where near that big.
The humans were burned alive some screaming others trying to avoid the fiery death that rained from the sky. The settlements were destroyed in a matter of minutes and at least a couple hundred people were obliterated or severely injured and at the point of death.

The V'rakesh halted it's death dealing almost instantly after the Seaquestian vessels came out of cloak.
The Captain V'morstis was notified of the sudden arrival of three unknown vessels that had just appeared out of nowhere. The concept of a cloaking device was not even heard of by the Valtaxians and the sudden surprise was not a welcoming feeling.
The Captain quickly ordered his communications officer to send a message:
... "The Dominion of Valtaxia has annexed this system and all worlds within it. The planet is infested with unholy vermin that must be cleansed for the arrival of our colonists that will claim this world as one of our own. Now identify yourselves and state your business inside Dominion territory!" ...
OOC: Note the Valtaxian Dominion is highly Xenophobic, and extremely territorial.

OOC: Last Post for tonight…

The Captain read the aliens counter message and decided to lock weapons on all the alien vessels, "Weapons Officer train all weapons on the Alteran vessels. I do not want them thinking we will just withdraw from our newly claimed system just because they send us a pathteic challenge."
The Weapons Officer replied, "Sir, We will be no match if we fight them and if they figure out were Valtaxia Prime is located this could be the end of the Dominion!"
The Captain V'morstis sighed and said, "Just do it maybe we can bluff our way out of this one."
The Weapons officer replied yes sir, "Weapons trained on the Alteran that have already seem to threaten to intervene in Dominion business."
The V'rakesh's armament of nuclear missiles and Laser Cannons shifted to the Alteran vessels and the shields were raised. (Gould strength thanks to a raid on one of their vessels)
The Captain then added, "Communication Officer send a reply to these abominations and send a coded message of our plight back to Dominion space."
The Communication Officer replied, "Yes sir sending your reply."
… "The Dominion of Valtaxia will not submit to hostile powers that just barge in a tell it to halt it's noble and just operations. The humans have sealed their fate by living in this world that has been claimed by us. It is the will of the gods and I will not halt my duties just because you tell me to. I will defend the Dominion with my last breath from alien invaders like yourselves." …
The Communication Officer sent this coded message back to Dominion space
..."My Sovereign and Dominion Central Command, The situation is dire, an invading alien race known as the Alterans have threatened are divine mandate to exterminate the humans. We must prepare for war yet we still await your divine and just directions." …

Laughter filled the room.
"Pathetic challenge."
"Alien invaders."
"They seriously are acting so Goa'uld like."
The Captain watched as his bridge crew cracked jokes, but didn't join in.
"Don't tell me, they'll do the glowing eye thing on us."
"Or use that uber scary voice."
"ENOUGH!"
The Captain's roar brought the brevity to a close quite quickly. A few small remaining chuckles were glared out of existance by the Captain's gaze.
"Report!"
"Alien ships have locked weapons on us."
"Send them the usual reply."
"Aye, sir."

We invade nothing. We have all the room we want in our home system. We only disagree in your honorless slaughter of a defenseless people. While your technology may be gathered from different sources in a manner much similar to that used by the Goa'uld, that doesn't mean you have to act like the Goa'uld. If you are unwilling to allow the native's of this planet to live, then let us transport them elsewhere. We will fight for their right to live if it comes to that.

On bridge of the V'rakesh..
The Captain V'morstis had a sudden burst of inspiration. He could lie to the Dominion Central Command and have the Alterans do his dirty work for him. He however had to get some compensation for this plan to work.
The Captain told the bridge crew his plan and after several minutes of debating they all agreed to it.
The Communication Officer sent a hail.
… "We have a proposal in exchange for certain technological knowledge we will allow you to take the vermin off of this rock. We believe this is a fair exchange considering this is highly irregular and could easily lead to our court marital or execution for disobeying Dominion orders." ….
The V'rakesh kept her armament trained on the Alteran vessels. They hoped the Alterans were really after the humans and not just looking for an excuse for conquest of this system.

The Dragoons were beamed down to the planet's surface in a quick burst of light. They were unarmed and wearing full body gear that covered them from head to foot. Their combat was also containing massive amounts of nuclear radiation within their armor. It would soon become obvious this species was not meant to surrive in normal planetary conditions.
OOC: The Nuclear radiation from the war has sort of had a negative effect on the species, They need high amounts of radiation to surrive, once the humans are gone they are going to nuke bomb the planet from orbit thus radiateforming the planet to make it acceptable for colonization.

Eventually, the lost native of the planet was sent through the Stargate. Most were still in shock and probably didn't realize what was happening, others took a little convincing to step through the Gate. After the Gate shut down for the final time, the SeaQuestians began to disasemble it and its corosponding(sp?) equipment. One of the Alteran Marines strode over to the Dragoons with a few bits of stone engraved with the Gate Addresses.
"These stone tablets," said the Marine through is helmet, "contain the Gate Addresses agreed upon in exchange for the native's lifes."
He places the tablets on a stump and returns to the other SeaQuestians.
