Message to President Clinton
From PM Ehud Olmert
We would very much like to make clear that when we meet it must be in a secure location, and our discussion must be top secret. Can you accomodate by providing a location, and me a safe trip there?

Message to Ehud Olmert, PM of Israel
From: President Clinton
There is a US military base in Colorado that would be perfect for the meeting that hardly anyone would find out about. We can also fly you on what looks like from the outside a normal commercial jet to the location. Almost no one would have to be involved so it would stay secret. The plane can fly to Israel to pick you up whenever would be convenient.

To President Clinton
From PM Olmert
That would be quite satisfactory. We await you plane's arrival at the airport in Tel Aviv.
0300 hours:
Because of the close shave with an assasin that Ehud had experienced a few weeks ago, he decided that leaving earlier in the morning would be better for his health.
He took an unregistered car and two secret servicemen, one of them was the driver.
The car roared down the main streets; there would be less of a chance of an attack there.
Finally, after a short and anxious trip, the car came to a halt in front of the airport. Security rushed their leader through the terminal and the small group of three came out onto the runway.
Ehud stared into the western skies. Where is your plane Mrs. Clinton? He didn't like standing out here with virtually no protection.

0305 hours:
The plane landed on the runway with a slight bump, slowly drawing to a stop near the terminal.
President Clinton had decided to come herself to assure Ehud Olmert that it was safe. She could see somewhat how he was a little paranoid, but she didn't really have any fears. She just hoped that something useful would come out of this summit. The UN had been dragging its feet about doing anything about the various conflicts around the world, and she thought something needed to be done. But this is what they would talk about later so she put on her best diplomatic smile to meet the PM.
She walked down the ramp from the airplane and sighted the PM. He looks worried for some reason, she thought.

0310 hours:
PM Ehud Olmert greeted the new US president with a smile, and spoke in English (common for Israelis):
"Very nice to see you President Clinton, I am honored to meet the first female president of the United States, and I congratulate you. Thank you for coming personally."
Ehud took one last stare around and then darted into the plane. He took his seat across from the President and thought.
I hope she buys our idea... what takes place during this summit may dictate the path of the world. We'll need the US' support.
"Mrs. President, we have a great many things to discuss, but I don't wish to talk about them until we reach Colorado... how are things on the US homefront?"
_________
OOC: At this point we could just say they make small talk until they reach Colorado.

Military Base in Colorado:
That flight went well enough, thought President Clinton. Though, all of it had been small talk and now it was time to get down to business. She wondered what it was that the PM wanted to talk about so much. She also had some things she wanted to talk about, but she was curious about what the PM thought was a pressing matter.

Ehud stood in the far corner of the room, coming his hair with his hand. He wondered what her reaction would be...
Well... I have to give it a shot...
"Mrs. President, thank you for meeting with me. I come to you on a matter or some importance."
Ehud shifted in the way he stood. He was uncomfortable.
"May I have a seat? Thank you.
As I was saying, this is important. In the first place, the UAE broke one of the conditions of our pact (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=469950). This pact clearly stated that the UAE could not absorb the Palestinians, instead it stated that they could only militarily occupy the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and Golan Heights."
Ehud sighed.
"It seems that they have completely claimed that these states are now part of the UAE, going against our agreement. Although we are not friendly with the Palestinians, we are worried that the UAE has broken our pact. If they break this small part, which was made with good intentions, how much farther will they go? We don't know, and we are worried.
Please assure us that if the UAE makes a hostile move towards Israel, you will protect us. At the same time, I ask that you put pressure on the UAE to withdraw their claim on the Palestinians as UAE citizens."
Ehud paused for President Clinton's answer.
