OOC: YOU DONT NEED TO RECOGNIZE IT! STOP RECOGNIZING THINGS! The only thing you need to recognize is a new country like Kurdistan, the ISlamic Federation, CBSS...

Russia believes an independent Kashmir is the best solution.

to Pakistan (I think): (Nukes no just jocking)
It is obvious we both want it, but is this the way our founder Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi would want the two countries he founded to go to war? Here is the new government's stance on the Kashmir crisis. However if what you propose is reasonable we might agree.

a jointly controlled region that has its own government
a max military-civilian ratio of 1:100
the removal of all units from the borders of our nations and a nonaggression pact signed

to Australia:
We have been a "official" independent country since 1950. Other than that yes we agree as we need to expand our economy more to increase the living standards of our population.

Israel suggests that both the India and Pakastani leaders meet somewhere (Israel would provide Tel Aviv if need be), to discuss peace.

OCC: Your right, but my president is a risky fellow. With World War Three coming about, it's better to fight on one front rather than two.

After much consderation, my decision is to accept the agreement.

*signs the non-agressioon treaty*
*signs the free Kashmir agreement*

All troops have been pulled back, and are now stationed at their bases.

Secret IC: Whats your relationship with China?

SIC: Would India be supportive of a coalition, currently preparing to oust Australia from Somalia? We only desire tacit support from the Indian government; economic, political, and military support are also favored, although we understand the precarious situation that envelopes your coastlines currently, as the Australian fleet patrols these shores.

OOC: I was talking to Geneticon because why would you want muslims in a predominantly Hebrew population take the Giza Strip of example
IC:
to Pakistan:
Perhaps one day we may learn to trust each other like the US and Canada and perhaps because of this treaty we my finally get that India that Gandhi hoped for with not violence
Secret Communique:
Technically we have no relations as they are communist and we are democratic but this may change as they are introducing reforms.
Secret Communique to France:
We shall try to help and you have our support. However we will try not to risk open war even though we are one of the most powerful nations in the region

New Economic Policy:
all Extra money will be going to military, nanotechnology research, and economy improvement respectively. The exploitation of 5.7 billion barrels of crude oil will begin, the exploitation of natural gas will begin and the refinement and export of these commodities will begin. We will appeal to other powers to help in this goal. Nanotechnology will be researched and money poured into it as it will enable us to take a leading position in the world. The NNRDC, nanotechnologies and robotic development center will be founded to this goal. The borrowing og money will be slowed down and starting to be payed back.

New population control policy:
every family is allowed to have one child. Any family found committing abortion will be sentenced to a life of public service determined by their age and gender. (now we don't want a entire male population)
new military policy:
A draft for all men eligible for military service will begin but a active force of only 1,000,000 will be maintained in times of peace. (largest reserve army in the world and largest active army after china, Russia, pakistan, and US)

Spain applauds India's attempt to curtail the massive population growth that is no doubt sapping at the national wealth. However, Spain would be more interested in the demilitarization of India. Of course, such a thing could not come until bilateral agreements between Pakistan and Australia are forged, meaning India could feel relatively safe. There is also the problem of demobilizing so many men when India feels its time to do so, including massive amounts of unemployment which may lead to mercenary work and higher crime rates - unemployed ex-soldiers are not deemed safe. Therefore, Spain believes that India should introduce some sort of decade reform platform which would decrease the size of the armed forces, but increase their awareness and training, as well as generally increase the quality of equipment used in the Indian Armed Forces. With current Spanish military projects in Thailand and Singapore, Indian-Spanish military cooperation becomes a real possibility, and in the interest of both India's wellbeing and the Spanish economy, Spain is prepared, should India agree, to pursue aid in military reforms in the country, including the shipment and even cooperative design of military equipment and goods. That said, India is facing massive problems with her Soviet ordnance, including the fact that Russia has been having trouble shipping spare parts since 1991, making it an extremely lucrative offer to 'convert' to western equipment. But, alas, we'll leave that ultimate decision to India herself.

We cannot exceed 9,000,000 active uits the other units are to help in times of a invasion it is nessesary. However we will lower this with more advanced technology and training. However we find this unlikly as the US is the main supplyer of "Western" technology and we are a country with a large muslim population. Also in the ecconomic aid department we would especially like a joint effort in nanotechnology as it will enable us to make almost anything from anything. (My entire race revolves around this in NS)

American technology is quickly be transplated by European technology, including in such things such as the Eurofighter - a more economical alternative to the F-22 -, the Lopeard 2, Ariete, Leclerc and Challenger II [along with many other MBTs], and the wide selection of German firearms, amongst other things. With Spain's current alliance with Iran, the standing between Spain and the muslim world should increase, although no doubt Spanish intervention in Morocco will play some part in de-establishing what had been gained. Nevertheless, India has a host of other options for military procurement, and more directly, could even look into newer Chinese technology, or even Japanese technology.

We are grateful for your assistance but we would like to incorporate the best of the east and the west. We have invited china to help build our economy.

Spain respects this decision, especially asking Chinese for economic help, but mixing western and eastern equipment is a potential disaster since you'd have to supply logistics for two types of ordnance. In any case, Spain has a deal that would guarantee a massive pay check for India. This would, no less than, the sale to Spain of plans to build a nuclear powerplant, which would be transformed by Spain for the construction of a nuclear reactor to be built for shipping. There's no doubt that Spain could develope the technology on its own, but it would be much faster and much cheaper to simply purchase existing technology off the Indians and supplement this with whatever we buy from Iran. India can put whatever price tag she wants to place on it.

Greetings. As India purchased the Kiev Class Carrier, The Admiral Gorshkov, as a replacement for the INS Viraat, we would like to come to you about the said ship, and iquireing upon it's purchase. We wish to extend our air capabilites within the Persian gulf, Red sea, and the oceans surrounding that, and have come to the conclusion that the Viraat would provide us with the most capability the quickest. The cost of the ship as estimated in 1986(The year that it was purchased from the Royal Navy) was some 600 million dollars USD, and we are willing to negotiate a price for the purchase of the ship.
