GNN Nightly News:
"This is Valerri Smidt reporting live from Genesis (the capital of Geneticon).
Today much progress has been made in the improvement of our beloved system. The private sector has worked closely with the government to make great advancements. In a swift deal today the Geneticon Store front sold hundreds of ships to the government. This will set our defense budget back about 10 years (10 RL days)... but at the same time we were able to acquire them much cheaper than they are sold to other nations.
President Keith Johnson had this to say about the move:"
Johnson is seen at a press conference.
"We are thrilled with the prospect of a Spacial Navy, and we a pleased that we can now make the upgrade to future technology. At the same time, we are working hard to keep Geneticon safe at home. We will conitnue to upgrade our modern technology military here on the homefront. Thank you and goodnight."
Camera swings back to Valerri.
"As you can see, we are making great advancements which should prove valueable in the years to come. And now back to you James..."
