"This is grand news these weapons shall make the army up to date by military standards" said a younge Captain, suddenly the speaker of the court stoodup and replyed "Captain Kirta please wait until you are called to speak" kirta quickly sat down, the speaker continued "These weapons as you know because of this RUDE interuption will update the army enough to send them on more worthy task's, as you know the ones before could only shoot 5 rounds a minute due to the energy needed to fuel the rifles" people murmured with agreement yet anxious to hear more "But a younge scientist by the name of Hirot Gero has designed a less power hungry rifle, This rifle" he said as he picked it up "Can shoot about 80 rounds a minute, With it's unique cooling system this amazing rifle design can be used on the older models so we wont have to spend that much money of production".
Then a man in full military honours raised his hand, the speaker then said
"it looks as though Imperial Commisoner Perius wishes to speak" the man left his chair to standup and talk to the court "this weapon is indeed genius but how long will it take to modify all 5.4 million rifles that are in the empire?"
Then he sat back down, the speaker replyed "About 3 months" everybody by now was impressed the speaker continued "all the agree that this weapon should be used in the army raise there hands" everybody in the chamber put one of there hands in the air. "Then it is done the Imperial Empire of Phenixica shall use this new rifle, In three months time the whole Imperial Army shall have one of these rifles"
