OOC: I would like to have a border war with another nation with a population around 5 million to 15 million people.

And a government that is either capitalist or a dictatorship.

My nation is around about 6 million people and the President is called Ivan Terrorgo. So I would like to have a border war with the requirements above, but if I can't I would like to have a border war with other nations that have different distincitions than the requirements that I have laid out above.

So who wants to have a border war?

[ooc: Not many people expand into the forums at such an early stage. Perhaps it would be worth removing the cap on population and suggesting wargames instead of an actual war: that way no-one gets hurt, and you can fight a large, established nation without any risk to your army or country. Plus older nations often have valuable experience in RP, so you will improve more by playing with them.]
