Clones & Altered Genes WANTED!
LA Ice has been interested in "upgrading" its military with upgraded genes. We have tried Infoclypse Industries' One Stop Gene shop, but due to our boycotting of Nuclear Bank, we were unable to procure items from them.
Does anyone know where LA Ice can get cloning and gene alteration done?

We have come to be in the knowledge that your nation needs some items. We also understand that you have boycotted a shop which has what you need. We can offer you two solutions.
1) Wire the money to us and you will have your Nuclear Bank products without buying from them. You will effectively be buying from us. Obvisouly we would charge some money for this service. We can surely reach a deal.
2) A considerably more expensive choice, due to the risk involved. We can send in forces to, how can I put this, "Deliver" your products for you. This is free on our part, but for our service and potential loss to life/weaponry we need to charge a high price.
