It was 1:27 PM and the President of The United Socialist States of Somewhere in South America was sitting at his desk with absolutely nothing to do. He sat there and watched the arm of the Grandfather clock swing slowly. Two minutes later at 1:29 a man wearing dark sunglasses walked in with a folder. The president kept staring at the clock arm and didn't even notice the man.
"Uh... sir," the man said.
"Wha? Oh uh what is it?" the president said broken out of his trance.
"Sir you need to read this," the man said as he handed the president the folder. The president opened it and after a few seconds of reading the expression on his face changed from bored to angry.
"Tell SADRN (South American Defence Radar Network) to go to DEFCON 3 and tell the armed forces to mobilize." said the president.
"Yes sir," the man said. He then saluted and left the room.

As it says there has been a Military Coup. It is in the military town of Doodville which is located on the Atlantic coast. They have captured the naval port, airbase, army base, and weapons factories located there. These are all the largest and most important facilities of their kind in the entire country. The fighters that are loyal to me are getting their butts kicked and are starting to retreat. They are lead by the pro-anarchy General Lewis. He must be stopped at all costs and there is a $10 Billion USD bounty placed on his head by me. We are accepting help from any other country.

The Congress of Blondie and Kaylee had voted to send in a fleet of 180 warships to help crush the uprising. The flagship of the fleet in the massive attack carrier USS Solomon armed with 108 Brocklyton missles, 110 Apache missles, and 97 Nike missles. There are also rumors of the highly classifed Gabriel Bomber being brought into service. The Imperial Fleet is expected to arrive sometime tommorow.

Boom. Thats the sound of our missles falling on the rebel base. As we speak little mushroom clouds apear in the sky where the rebels used to be postioned. However you may consider buying a gas mask.

The imperial guard of Magnolia Bakery will send our best war machines to counter the forces of General Lewis, if need be. We are highly equipped to rescue and fight, whatever you ask.

Emperor Droma looked over another coup report...it seemed a lot streamed in daily from all over the international community, stemming from various sources. Some weren't worth his time, some were over his head. But this here Civil war...taking place it seemed in the USSSSA...perked his interest, maybe because it was a fairly new country, maybe because no major competitors had gotten involved in the game of aid. He quickly dispatched a message to his war department of the situation, and transcribed a message to be sent to the USSSSA government.

It seems you are in some sorts of a conundrum with a civil uprising engaged with your country. We in the Dominion are answering your call for aid, we shall dispatch a fleet of warships and transports to subdue your revolution that shall leave pending your approval of our assistance.

Of the USSSSA Coast, 0130

It was the dark on night, the shroud and low fog effectively covering the single small Dominion Patrol Boat that lurked through the waters off of the USSSA coast. Th crew of the DIW Firesprite were keeping extraordinary caution, the night was a time when sounds could give away anything, anywhere. The small craft crept through the water, slinking about through the black waves, searching out any rebel ships as the transport flotilla geared up at home for the inevitable landing to quash the rebels. Commander Vic Ketchman, commanding the Firesprite, watched through high-focusing, night vision binoculars, trying to peer through the fog to find anything, anything. One of his lieutenants walked up to him.

"Sir."
"Yeah, sailor, whatcha got for me?"
"We've got what seems to be a wake trail on the port side, sir, off the bow about 25 yards."
"Trail it, can you identify the ship?"
"No sir, but I estimate it's inthe cruiser-destroyer range."
"Keep on it."
"Yes sir."

Suddenly, looming out of the fog came the stern of a battlecruiser, rebel sentries on the deck, patrolling.

"Oh fuck!" whispered Ketchman.

The Patrol Boat slinked back into the cover of fog, attempting to fix a lock on the ship while officers furiously transcribed a comm back to HQ.

After hearing your call for aid, the Neo Federation of Spartanox would like to help against the military coup. We would send our fleet to deal with their naval power.

We have confirmed that they at least have 1 SuperDreadnaught, 4 Carriers with complete complements of F-35s and F/A-18s, that means about 300 aircraft, 10 Battleships, 40 Cruisers, 100 Destroyers, and 20 subs of various purposes. Note that this is just an estimate, since they have captured the ship-making facilities they may have more.
