OOC: Looking to have a border war with another small nation around about 5-15 million people at the most. I am a Modern Time Nation or MT, so it wouldn't be fair to battle with anyone else but a modern time nation.

So if anyone wants to fight post here or if someone wants to be an ally post here as well and it will have to be approved by both belligerents

OCC: What kind of environment? Desert? Jungle? Snow? Mountain? Urban?

There are bits of jungles in center and to the south, and moutains to the N and NW. The rest is plains and plateaus.
