Ugarte Embassy Exchange Program

Rules

Your embassy must be located within six blocks of a police station and/or within two miles of an Ugarte military base.

You may have no more than 12 armed guards.

The plot of land on which your embassy is built cannot exceed 100 acres.

No weapons of mass destruction may be on the embassy grounds. This includes nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons.

Those deemed Enemies of the State by the Ugarte government may not be given refuge on the embassy grounds.

Your embassy is forbidden from broadcasting anti-government messages or deseminating anti-government literature, media, etc.
