We have undergone extensive negotioations with the communists and they have agreed that of this moment on we do proclaim the Kingdom Of The Earthsea Islands. The rightfull queen Alexandra has been restored with the rest of her cabinet unchanged. She wishes to thank all nations for their patience and support and would like to invite the wisdom of any nation to help us keep on track with our new democratic government. If you wish to get in toutch with us we would be very greatfull if you could do it through the correct department via the correct minister. We thank you all very much.

We are gladdened by your shift back to a democratic government. Further, we are interested in setting up a consulate in your capital. This consulate should be 8,000 square feet; ten staff and six security guards, armed with P90 Personal Defence Weapons, will live and work in the building. Greetings. You may remember Helfaer as one of the nations who recently launched vicious verbal attacks on your nation when it turned to communism. However, we do not contact you now for further mudslinging. In the light of this regime change and the restoration of the Queen and cabinet, we have decided to attempt to heal the wounds of our previous conflict and begin to repair the relations between our peoples.

We are willing to hold an exchange of embassies, and to immediately begin talks to discuss trade and further diplomatic relations between our two nations. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
