Jarmen Kahn looked out over the massive city which he led. Most of the city's population was unknowingly drugged. The drugs were in the water, food, even in the air. The rest of the nation was much the same. Kahn knew little about international politics. He did know, however, of the destructive powers of free will. He had seen several mutinies over his long years as a mercenary.

His wife, Dr. Anne Thrax, had discovered a way to wipe disobedience from human nature itself. The way was a drug known as Holindpolby. It wreaked havoc on a person's personality genes, leaving them open to the power of suggestion, and yet their awareness was left untouched. Since the drug worked so discreetly in the body it was hard for a human's immune system to attack it.

The nation ran effciently with only a rare hitch. While it was small in actual land size, the population exceeded seven hundred million. The outstanding number military sign-ups meant that people would often have to go through an interveiw equal to that of a nuclear power plant technician's.

He had his people wrapped around his finger. They did what he said without question. If he needed a new city built it would be ready within a year. Another brige across the Kasik River? Less than a month. He knew that there would be some who the drug would fail to work on but they would simply disappear from the nation.

Kahn knew that a day would come where his kind would no longer be toleraterated by the international community. When that day came he would be ready. If need be he himself would take up the sniper rifle of his great grand father and defend the nation which he had worked so hard to create.

Wait...so these people do everything they're told unquestioningly? That would mean if someone came in and told them to kill Khan and serve the Sand Princess they would do it.:D

OOC: What I meant by that is that my nation is a classic disstopia. The idea of some one just coming in and starting a revolution or somthing like you said is highly unlikely. My people recognize authority and are obeidient only to it because of their upbringing.

Because we are interested in psychopharmological warfare and have 2 such laboratories... we are attempting to get some air and water samples. This should not be hard. We will send a small stealthed mini-drone UAV like a model airplane to collect several air samples. Then we will send in a sensor drone torpedo UUV with a collection bag to catch some effluvia from your waste water treatment plant. We also will simply collect some of the drug if it drifts outside your border. If this does not work, we will simply purchase it from you.

Kahn walked out of his office in the Kialint. He rode the elevator down several floors and walked srtiaght into the gas chamber. As the door automaticly shut behind him an orange gas sprayed over him. He was immune from the drug in the outside air for a good three hours. Should something happen he had a reserve amount in his car.

He went out the door to the building and approached the car. A huge explosion occured. The car went flying. Kahn sped back into the Kialint. He was worried to say the least. He got back into the elevator. This time he rode it down a good sixty stories to the bunker which he had built for reasons such as this.

Kahn called Col. Markel Burton, head of the Hadian Special Ops and Secret ervices to his office. "What are my services needed for now?" He asked in a rather curt manner?" Kahn was still a little shaken up about the attempt on his life. During his career as a mercenary he neve would have thought about killing an unarmed man. "There was just an attempt on my life!" Kahn yelled angrily. "How retarded must this government be if it's members don't even know that there was just an assassination attempt! I want who ever was responsible for this killed found and brought before me!"

OOC: Well doesn't that just suck! Make an IC announcement about the assassination attempt and I'll be glad to help out. I've been helping prop up tinpot dictatorships for half a year now.

Later Jarmen was trying to figure out what to do. He knew he had very little choice. A cover up would be nearly impossible, his car had flow twenty goddamn feet. Going public was the only thing he could do.

To any and all national leaders:

Today, I was attacked. I was approaching my car when an explosive projectile landed just on the other side of it. I was stunned. I implore your help in finding these criminals and bringing them to justice.

Later that night Kahn called Intel Head Enric Kasadd into his office. "Listen, we need a way to figure out if there are any plot being planned. We need to increase security. I want you to send out teams to install covert cameras in as many houses as possible. Call it what ever you want, a Safety Inspection for all I care, just Get it done." "Yes Sir," Kasadd replied as he went to follow his leader's demands, no matter how crazt they were.

With regard to the attempted assassination of Chairman Kahn

We despise the methods of antipartisans attempting to change regime through cowardly acts and subterfuge. True political power is and always has been tied with military power. We support a change of regime through a nation's armed forces: since that has not what transpired, this effort against Hades Deep is not righteous, and must be crushed.
