Kublain Khan
26-02-2006, 09:47
We, Kublain Khan, withdrawl from the United Nations. The reason being the non-legalization of marijuana. We ask for all pro-grow nations to stand with us against the UN on the decline of the resolution.

DEMOCRATIC SOVIET REPUBLIC OF KAHANISTAN
Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The Government of Kahanistan will remain in the UN, but we allow the growing of hemp for medicinal purposes, as well as the production of biodiesel and other items that can be produced from the hemp plant. We do not prosecute those who smoke it, and urge those who live in countries where smoking it is illegal to go to Kahanistan.

Signed,
Margaret Delray,

The Protectorate of Plutonibo, while not affiliated with the UN, has examined UN records for a non-legalization resolution, but has been unable to locate said.

We politely inquire as to which numbered resolution the nation of Kublain Khan refers.

theres already a UN resolution on the books encouraging the growing of hemp. the plant in question is used to make ropes and was used in old warships as part of the process off firing their main guns.

the fact this useful and harmless plant shares the same name as as class B drug is coincidental.
