The Fascist Republic of Kravania announces today, it's desire to end it's state of war with the nations of Willink, McKagan and the Lone Alliance.

Kravania also announces that all nations which declared war upon Kravania, but Kravania did not respond with it's declaration of a state of war, to retract their war declarations.

Kravania failed to take into account, the response of the international community, to Kravania's invasion of the Lone Alliance.

Kravania now will admit that our use of nuclear weapons, far from concluding the war in a quick manner, that would be to our advantage, has in actual fact resulted in Kravania's near collapse and total inability to sustain itself for any future effort in this particular war.

What is more, Kravania is still undergoing a terrorist revolt, with our capital city still under terrorist control, although we have managed to eject the rebels from the city of Varna, which is now under the control of the legitimate government.

Kravania is offering the following settlements, in the hope that our opposing nations will cease their war efforts and join the cause of peace:

1.) Kravania shall pull all of it's troops currently outside of Kravania's borders, back within the borders of the Kravanian Republic.

2.) Kravania shall pull back it's navy to Kravanian waters. All Kravanian shipping (both military and civilian) shall be confined to Kravanian waters. The Kravanian invasion fleet, currently heading for the Lone Alliance, shall be recalled.

3.) Kravania shall issue public, official apologies to all nations which we have fought during the course of this conflict.

4.) Kravania shall pay the nations of McKagan, Willink and the Lone Alliance a compensation package of 300 million USD to each nation, every year, for the next 100 years.

5.) Kravanian shall disarm ALL of it's nuclear warheads and biological weapons. Kravania's ICBM strength shall be reduced. Kravania shall destroy 60% of our chemical weapons stockpiles, with the remaining chemical weapons ONLY being allowed for weapons with a maximum target range of 60 KM.

6.) Kravania shall allow for international inspectors to monitor the disarmament of Kravania's WMD programme.

7.) Kravania will promise not to join the World Anti Communist League (WACL).

8.) Kravania shall severe it's diplomatic ties with the nation's of the Parthian Empire and Roach Busters.

Kravania hopes this offer by our nation and our benelovent government, can bring peace between our nations and end this senseless and illogical war.

We applaud Kravania's fair peace overtures, and offer Dunbarton Oaks, Georgetown, The Beltway as a suitable site for peace negotiations. Further, legislation has been proposed to end our embargo on Kravanian goods, seeing as how Kravania appears willing to own up to its responsibility for the deaths of innocents through the use of nuclear weapons.

This offer for peace, with the 8 settelements that Kravania offers to the Lone Alliance, Willink and McKagan, is with strict regards to your three nations and Kravania.

Kravania wants peace, whether the Parthian Empire and Roach Busters want it to, us not our concern.

Your nation will have to discuss peace on a separate basis with the Parthian Empire and Raoch Busters.

Kravania cannot force the Parthian Empire and Roach Busters to agree to peace, we can only ask for our own peace.

However, Roach Busters also has publicly backed our calls ofr negotiations and peace.

As the President of the Kravanian Republic, I personally implore the Council of 20 of the Lone Alliance to see our offer as genuine and to work towards peace and mutual co-existence.

I am shocked at this show of compassion on the behalf of Atne Pavelic. The Democratic Imperium of McKagan accepts the call for peace. However, Atne Pavelic is still a war criminal who should not be left in power. But, because of the total disarmament of said nations nuclear stockpile, we are willing to drop the charges we have against him. However, the exact moment we learn that he has produced, purchased, or stolen nuclear weapons in the future will result in the exact same charges standing against him. Also, in order to ensure he isn't just trying to save himself, I call for an international inspectional agency to go into Kravania and confirm this. We suggest that the doors to all surviving missile silos be permenately welded open for our satellites to confirm; as well. The MISA may have more suggestions, so don't hold your breath.

[OOC: Kravania, as stated, those SLBM's I launched would have gotten to your nation FAR before Pavelic called for peace; you just weren't on to RP it. You would have taken all that damage BEFORE calling for peace. It doesn't change how McKagan will respond to Pavelics call of peace now, but anyone who attacks McKagan with nuclear weapons has to deal with the retaliatory strike. Not to mention the fact that AT LEAST 500 mushroom clouds will be over your nation, about 500 of them were set to cause a massive EMP field. I call that one hell of a retaliatory strike, but it's McKagan doctrine and was done BEFORE you called for peace; you need to backward RP that damage.]
