Beginning Summary
The situation begins with the election of a new alliance president, Robert Barker of Yugoslavitania. Several nations, including Lord-General Drache and Vorpistan, were outraged by these results, and this was only intensified when the new president began a campaign to increase security within the WWA. These security measures were seen as an attempt for the Yugoslavitanian Delegate to seize power of the WWA and strip control from the soveriegn nations. Nations to first protest this motion were Utcheer and Jarridia, soon followed by Vorpistan and Expedience. Smithsillian was the only nation to come out in favor of President Barker's plan.
However, this was not the end of a series of dramatic events leading to the current state of the alliance. Another plan managed to sneak into Congress, as Yugoslavitania asked to make its closest ally the Vice-President of the WWA, a position that does not exist, and attempted to make it possible for him to name a successor after his term is up. Next, a leak in Jarridian Intelligence led to Vorpistan and Lord-General Drache recieving dastardly information about Yugoslavitania. After recieving this said information, the Vorpistani Dictator, Gavineous Roguseous, marched into a WWA Congressional hearing and stated that if WWA President Robert Barker did not step down from office, he would have the Vorpistani Delegate call for an immediate impeachment, or Vorpistan would have no choice but to militaristically force Yugoslavitania out of the WWA.
This mandate has lead to climatic turn of events that will result in increased WWA Security Forces pressure inside Jarridia, and the possibility of a very deadly situation in the WWA.

Vorpistan Call Out President
In the middle of the afternoon during while Congress was in session, the door slammed open as Gavineous Roguseous strode confidently to the podium. Gavineous opened the black briefcase that he carried at his side. He took out several papers and scanned over them quickly. He looked up and cleared his throat as he addressed the WWA Congress.
"It has come to my attention that the President of the WWA has put forth a resolution that restricts the rights of the nations in the WWA. I did not show up to voice my opinion on the proposition, stupid though it was. I came to shed my views upon the entire presidency of Yugowhatever. Through his Presidency, Barker has attempted to abuse his power. It began by his assumption that he may put one of his friends into power in an office that does not exist. This was an offense to the WWA because it was obvious that the President did not know how the Presidency worked in the WWA. He had not read the WWA charter. He had even asked if he could name a successor. I do not need to go into detail about the proposition that he then tried to pass that would begin to strip the nations of their freedoms. My final and most important point is that I have just recieved intelligence that Barker has been seeking to purchase Acigoo. This substance is very deadly and destroys quickly and violently. For these reasons, Acigoo has not only been banned from the WWA, but has been banned from the entire World! From this intelligence, I have concluded that Barker is leading this Alliance either to a dictatorship or straight into the ground. I will not stand for either in best interests of everyone in The Alliance. I therefore, call for the President of The Westwood Alliance to step down. If he does not, I call for a vote to be called for his impeachment. If he refuses to accept both, I have already begun mobilization of my military in full strength. This is for the good of the entire Alliance. Thank you."
Gavineous stepped off the podium and walked back through the doors as everyone could only look in disbelief at what just took place.
Office of the President Allied States of Expedience. The President, several leading members of congress, as well as intelligence and millitary officials are sitting at a large mahogony table.
"After receiving word that Vorpistan has called for the removal of Yugoslavitania as President of the Alliance we have confirmed that they are taking steps towards increasing their millitary standing."
"As you are aware though our reserve forces are quite large, our active millitary force is little more than a small elite corp unit."
"At the moment we have no indication that this issue will result in open conflict, however if it does the fighting would almost assuredly be carried out on WWA territory, and wars between Expedience's neighbors could get ugly, both for them and us."
"At this time we consider our millitary preparedness to be significantly lacking in the event that major millitary conflict were to break out in the WWA, especially if Expedience were to enter into conflict on either side."
"I agree, I have been in contact with prominent members of the congress, as well as leading members of commerce and industry, the general concensus is that being caught off guard would be catastrophic for Expedience business interests and national sovereignty. As such I am ordering several sections of the reserves to report for immediate refresher training, and in accordance with the taxation ordinances passed by congress we will be buying up most of the excess capacity of Expedience's arms manufacturing sector. If this potential conflict blows over we should be able to resell much of the equipment, or put it into storage for future issues."
Marissa looked around the room quickly, her eyes filling with disbelief and even horror at what was unfolding in the WWA Congress. She leaned down and grabbed her purse, pulling out her cell phone. She slowly searched through her contacts, until finally finding a number marked 'Unknown1'. Remaining just below her desk so that no one could see, nor hear her, she waited for the phone to pick up.
Suddenly after several rings there was a click on the other side, "Yes?" said a deep voice.
"We've got a problem," remarked Marissa, trying to keep her voice down.
"Oh?" said the mystery voice.
"We have a security leak. Vorpistan is well aware of conversations between Jarridia and Yugoslavitania, and the Vorpistani leader has just marched into the hall and called the president out. We may be looking at an impeachment, or even a major military conflict here in the WWA." responded Marissa with a slight shake in her voice.
"A leak? This cannot be. We will take all precautions necessary. Thank you." said the deep voice before there was another click.
Marissa put the phone back in her purse and leaned her head and back against the desk. From her purse she pulled a cigarette, though she was not much of a smoker, she put it between her lips. After a few seconds and a deep sigh, she put the cigarette back in her purse and pulled herself back into the chair. She noticed a few representatives eyeing her suspiciously. She did nothing but smiled back and grabbed some papers from the desk and flipped through them. She was not near ready to make any formal response to Vorpistan's accusations.
