OOC: From the point of Cassiopeia's retreat, all events in the Cassiopeia Galaxy are to be considered as stricken from any record and replaced by the events contained herein. This is to be restricted as a two-on-one combat campaign INITIALLY. Though Mini Miehm is presently resisting attack in his own territories and would have legitimate IC reason to arrive in the RP at a later date.

Further, TCG, there is still a small point about your 'Cas'rai' character being chased down by a couple dozen Kythons of both Godulan and Balroggan Strain. In other words, this will be the thread not only for the invasion against TCG, but also for combat sequences involving Mini Miehm's self-defense along with his Balroggan allies, as MM will be allowed to enter if/when he completes that particular sequence.

Achaedus mulled over the situation in general as he watched the last of the Cassiopeian strike force tuck its tail between its legs and return into hyperspace. It hadn't been much of a fight, really. He had read intelligence reports of the Cassiopeians hailing their military commanders' 'awesome tactical might', yet he knew now that it was all a sham, just like last time. So many tactical blunders had been committed that he couldn't help but chuckle at the sheer scale of it all.

Chimaera had a suitably large strike fleet, yet for some reason she had stopped 250,000 light years from the rim of the galaxy and did nothing but watch as the USD Imperium was soundly torn apart and even now was undergoing digestion by Kython infection. Never did it occur to send the fleet in to assist their most precious investment. Sheer folly.

But still.

The treaty of surrender had been broken. Achaedus found himself hard pressed to call up memories of tactical scenarios that he had not actually needed to recall in a long time. Lucky the archives were still on board and could be referred to without actually leaving the Holocommand chamber. Even then though, this would be the first time that the Godulans actually conducted an invasion against another. Invasion plans had been considered, but it had all been against the might of the Galactic Empire. Wide, arching schemes of deception and guile with twists and contingencies a-plenty. Surprisingly enough, this invasion would be far more direct in nature.

He tabbed a button on his headset. "Send word to the high command. We will be needing another few fleets of the Expeditionary."

"Aye sir," came the response.

Checking current intelligence, he found reports of the Cassiopeians instead directing their forces into Mini Miehm. Presently the Balroggans were assisting, the surprisingly hard pressed Terran Dominion. Evidently this attack did something wholly unexpected: Catch them off-guard. No matter, the Cassiopeians would find just how devastating the Balroggan-Strain actually was.

And the Cassiopeians would understand how devastating an alliance between the Godulans and the Balroggans could truly be as Godulan-Strain Kythons rent system after system asunder.

No more mister nice Godulan. Time for the Cassiopeians to finally get what's coming to 'em.

Tabbing another button on his headset, he issued another order. "Commence probability calculations for a jump to the Cassiopeia Galaxy, combat contingency 117-A. Relay orders to second fleet to take 117-B. Allow Kython Battleswarm to complete propagation prototocols and have them merge with 117-A. Relay combat plan to high-command, and inform them to reinforce at discretion between points A, B, and C."

"Aye sir!"

Another button tabbed.

"Confirm battle plan with No Endorse forces, inform them of our intentions and provide insertion coordinates if requested. Suggest that they keep to an overlapping entrance plan with ours, in order to provide mutual assistance if necessary."

"Aye sir!"

Achaedus then busied himself with organizing strike units and other niggling details. Though he could not stop mulling the issues this day had brought. 'Twould be an interesting week.

The Cassiopeia Galaxy

With Cassiopeia's defeat and Cas'rai Missing, Chimaera was Now in charge of The Empire....for now.

But now knowing that Godular and His Allies might attack, The Cassiopeian soon Started Mobizeing for a defense against them. All Ships were to be ready for Battle and Make sure that The enemy would be Forced to Fight, on Cassiopeian Terms.

The Fight to Make sure Cassiopeia would remain Powerful was starting.

OOC: Will Post about The Kashite Invasion Soon.

The Terrans knew that an attack on their systems was inevitable, but it was also necessary to pursue the attack, and keep the Cassieopieans from being able to make a more dangerous attack. Pestilence and Famine were recalled to defend the hoime systems, and War was left to pursue the attack against the agressors.

We have driven them away. And even though they did not set foot here, they still made an attempt. The time for games is over. Admiral Vaer stared out the window of the massive observation deck, observing the vast No Endorse fleet. It is time to tear and slash.

He put on the tac-visor, reading the numerous statistics flashing inside it. Satisfied, he reached for a small intercom on the wall.

"Let's go. We will follow the Godulan plan. Signal Haven, they are to prepare to send repair and supply ships. We might need them during the fight. All orders currently on hold are to be initiated."

======================================

Two thousand years. Two thousand years since the ancients were put to rest. Two thousand years since No Endorse had been any larger than it was now. Two thousand years since a full-scale invasion.

No more. From within the border of No Endorse streamed a seemingly endless supply of warships. Two thousand five hundred powerful vessels had been organized into three formations, bearing the Eagle of Clan Talon, the Flame of the Inferno, or the Shield of Clan Laski.

With long guns, broad shields, and high crests, the fleet tore across into the open void. Command had fallen to three ships: the Daybreak stayed at home, on rearguard with a small but suficient foce. The Midnight, her Eclipse-class sistership, commanded Fleet Alpha, the main arm of the God's riteous fury. And the sentient dreadnought, the Godsend, controlled Fleet Beta, a secondary but no less deadly incarnation of the wrath of the Forge.

They tore into Hyper, their long shapes twisting Space-Time viciously as they crossed the dimensional wall, every ship transmitting a powerful signal aimed at the Cassiopeia Galaxy. Every frequency that possibly could be was covered, with intensity enough to be heard at the ends of the Multiverse.

Wake up prey. Wake up. You have left our borders, and for that, we are quite thankful. Now, we are to pay you a visit. Wake up, for the vengance of the Gods does not like to wait on sleepy defenders.

Man your walls, and watch them fall. Go to Full Alert, and see us rend your forces as easily as the Master forged the Old Ones. We are coming.

Their incursion zones overlapped those of the Godulan forces. Makos would soon see Aardvarks and Hornets alongside them. Ajudicators would see Deathlords in the distance. The pieces had already begun to move. The Queen's Gambit with the Cassiopeian Ultra had failed. Now it was time to attack with new vigor.

The Cassiopeia Plan was Simple, force the enemy to give up trying to wipe out The Cassiopeians and every other Race in the Cassiopeia Galaxy.

First, they had to make sure That The Mal'kaai or traitors in cassiopeian wouldn;t welcome the enemy. Chimaera Ordered the Mal'kaai To be rounded up and Sent to the Unknown territories for ever.

As for The Military, they were Put under the control of The Morgukais and Dark Jedis. The Cassiopeians Knew that if they Dragged The War long, and Cut off any enemy Suply Lines. the enemy would be forced to give up, even Godular couldn't Keep up a long war.

Contingency 117 was a rather simple plan for a multi-pronged attack against an enemy of potentially greater strength. The effort was organized into two efforts. The A section was that of the primary penetration force, possessed of the Archonal Command ship and its escorts, and was the largest concerned force. The B section was actually divided into two sub-forces that would initiate a two-pronged assault from the opposite direction. The penetrations from the B section would be relatively close together, with a special purpose in mind for later. Both sections would bludgeon their way into the galaxy towards the final goal: the Cassiopeian Capitol, whereupon Siege Operations would commence.

First arrived the Kingdom Come strike fleet. Materializing a short distance from the Galactic Rim, and instantly conducting deep-field scans of the general area to take stock of any enemy defensive forces in the general area.

Then came the second fleet, the one involved with the destruction of the Imperium, materialized on the far side, taking up one of the 117-B positions.

Then came the rest. A fleet and a half came to assist the 117-A penetration, making the Kingdom Come fleet fully Godulan once again, and bringing the fleet count in the 117-A position to two full battlefleets. A second battlefleet emerged to take up the second of the two 117-B penetrations.

And finally... the Kythons. The green glowing monstrosities came in two fleets, one merging with those that were previously with the Kingdom Come fleet, splitting up, and joining those fleets at the 117-B. The other remained with the 117-A. When the Kythons at the Imperium completed their propagation, they would come with whatever numbers they acquired from the destroyed USD as well, bringing the Kython fleets eventually to three, even before considering the USD results.

One Heighliner accompanied each Penetration, still fully stocked due to the fact that the Cassiopeians' cowardly retreat meant that they hadn't actually needed to deploy munitions as necessary.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

At the same time, the Godulans of the HomeGuard were doing something of their own. Truth be told they had been working on this project for quite some time, and it was decided by General Lear and Baron Skye that now would be the best time to test the newest weapon out as a contingency.

Four strange Heighliners materialized within the Ptolemy system and took up a position somewhat removed from the Godulan world of Terivine. As they did so, Godulan and Balroggan representatives began 'chatting enthusiastically'.

First arrived the Kingdom Come strike fleet. Materializing a short distance from the Galactic Rim, and instantly conducting deep-field scans of the general area to take stock of any enemy defensive forces in the general area.

The Planet it was near was a Ice world known as Gtui. No one lived on that world

Then came the second fleet, the one involved with the destruction of the Imperium, materialized on the far side, taking up one of the 117-B positions.

The Waterworld of Hirulen was near, no Fleet but had over 1,000,000 Sea troopers, 19,000 Sub Fighters, 89 SharkSubs and other watercraft that would be used to Fight The Invaders when they come.

The Planet Mali was in line of The Invasion, 230 Light Years from Darkkaan, and a Danger if it should Fall.

So The 7th Grand Fleet (2 Eclipse Class Super Star Destroyers, 56 Imperial Class Star Destroyers, 20 Lancer Frigates and 23,000 X-wing Starfighters.) and the 34th Battlefleet. (23 Victroy Class Star Destroyers, 21 Sith Class Star Destroyers, 32 Battlestar Class Corvettes and 21,008 E-wing Starfighters) were sent to The Planet to make sure it didn't fall.

OOC: This one will be a Secert IC

Secert IC:

Morgukai Temple, Tarkaan

Morgukai Spies soon sent world that The Godulans were working with The Balroggans on making a new type of Kythron. This New Threat had to be stopped. The Morgukais were working on a New Anti Kythron Weapon, in hopes off making The enemy own main weapon, useless.

But first, they had to stop the enemy from making a new type of Kythron. so Morgukai Knight Mal'tron Guk'ia was sent to Starfleet HQ to start massing a Fleet.

OOC: Will Post Fleet later.

The No Endorse fleets ripped their way back into realspace, openly defiant of the lightspeed barrier. Fleet Alpha and the Midnight came out beside the Godulan group heading for Mali. Long range scans began to pick up fleeting readings, like there was a sizable force out there.

Fleet Beta and the Godsend, however, screamed into existance quite close to Hirulen. Scanners were thrown to full active states, and all information relayed to the Godsend for computing. It was a good day to pillage.

The 117-A section, freshly reinforced as it was, moved in towards the very outskirts of the Gtui system and held position while deep field scans checked for a span of several thousand light years all around. planets along the line of penetration were categorized and prioritized according to effective activity level and population estimates.

Calculations initiated for a jump to the closest habited world along the axis of penetration.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Over the waterworld of Hirulen, the Godulan fleet materialized without incident and immediately initiated deep field scans of its own, while other vessels within the fleet probed the planet itself. Ground combat was not high on the Godulans' priorities, and while the scans showed that the forces below were fully mobilized for combat, they had no faster than light capability. The Makos would return later to exact pain, but not today. The first priority was the press upon the capitol.

Calculations initiated for a jump to the next habited system along the axis of penetration.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Deep field scans showed the arrival of reinforcements, as well as the layout of the system itself and the understanding that this would be a key system in the campaign. A swift probability jump and the fleet materialized at the edge of the system, immediately assigning targeting solutions and sending them to the accompanying Heighliner.

For the moment, no actual organization was affected to get the fleet into formation. The accompanying Kythons ventured closer in, taking scans of their own, cataloging asteroids and for consumption, and also designating preferred targets.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhilst, on Terivine, the Godulan and Balroggan representatives chattered amongst themselves.

"So we can count on you for this? It is a key component to the combat scenario, so we cannot afford a delay on the matter. I hate to sound like I'm ordering you about, but timing is critical here. Things gotta happen like onetwothree you know? All nice and clockwork like."

Remember this is before everyone took off on their own so I backed up a little to take care of some things left open. All my fleets are at the site of the failed invasion and MM has yet to call for help. I am waiting for you to RP the DA hitting the ship, or at least letting us know what happens. Remember, there is an FTLi up here.

IC:

Kythons were feeding on the remains if the USD, the swarm continued to chase the lone fighter toward those sent out by the Godular forces. The trap was closing and time was running out.

Aboard The Thoth, the Vice Admiral was pacing the bridge. He watched the single fighter try everything it could do to escape ht B-Strain Kythons on its tail while flying towards an equally sized G-Strain from Godular. He could tell they were playing with the craft because normally they would have just converged on it and torn it to shreds already. It was almost like they know there was someone important on the little ship. The B-Strain has several aspects bred into them that made them intuitive and when something like this happened it was worth the time to investigate any hunches.

“Lieutenant, I want a full scan of that ship. I want to know who is on that ship. Where is the Dimensional Anchor? You are supposed to use its Quantum Signature to nail that sucker. I want it either captured or food for the Kythons.”

The Comm officer interrupted.

“Admiral, I have an incoming message from Mimi Miehm.”

“Put it on the screen.”

The Cassieopieans are enetering our space under FTL. We require reinforcements, as most of our forces are committed to the destruction of the Cassieopiean scum. What forces remain are still not fully mobilized, or are Corporate Fleets, not under the direct control of the Dominion. We need aid.

“Put the image of The Cassiopeia Galaxy on the screen.”

“Yes Sir.”

Vice Admiral R’Venj stared at the image while he weighed many things. He had the G’Than’Dehr to complete. Failure to do so would result in the ancient tradition being broken. It has always been held through out their history back to before they even took into space the first time. The urges to complete the G’Than’Dehr was very difficult to resist. He clenched his fists and concentrated. Suddenly an idea sprung into his mind.

“Order The Thoth and The Ptah along with their crews to proceed to the Mini Miehm system. The BelDragos will remain here with the Kython swarms. When they have finished eating and that fighter is captured, they will follow us. We will wipe out this invasion fleet of theirs and then head straight to their heartland and satisfy The G’Than’Dehr by destroying everything representing The Cassiopeia Galaxy government. Order The BelDragos to capture that fighter.

“Yes Sir, orders relayed.”

The BelDragos jumped next to The Thoth. After a few seconds, The Thoth, The Ptah, and their fleets jumped to the system that was being invaded. When they got there, all but three destroyers Uplifted to T-Space. Those three ships remained in Real Space, waiting to challenge the invaders when they arrived.

The three destroyers continued waiting in Real Space while the rest of the fleet poised in T-Space waiting to Emerge.

The destroyers turned to face the invaders and simply waited in silence. The only indication they were active was the occasional blink of a marker light.

(sorry, that is all I can do for now seeing as you haven’t arrived yet…)

The Wreckage:

The Kythons continued to close in on the fighter as she tried to dodge them. The G-Strain was getting closer and her escape was becoming less likely.

The BelDragos achieved a lock on her signature and attempted to put a Dimensional Anchor on the little ship. The DA would lock the ships absolute coordinates in the bottom 5 dimensions.

The No Endorse fleet headed for Mali began to prepare for contact. A flurry of comminications was sent back and forth, getting everything ready. The fleet finally settled in a loose formation, dreadnoughts in a phalanx towards the center, lighter ships in wing positions. Fleet carriers would form a tail strung out behind this wall, covered with all sorts of escourts.

The pieces were set, and everything planned out with the Godulans. The fleet was ready to jump in, they only needed a single thing. Well, to be more specific, four things.

========================

Fleet Beta and the NES Godsend began to bombard Hirulen from a moderate range, just beyond projected planetary defenses. A full ten minutes passed where the ships did nothing but fire into the planet's surface. As soon as this was done, they moved back away from the planet, beginning jump calculations to the next target.

They cared little for the damage caused, they had not aimed at anything in particular, just where sensor readings were the highest. A few volcanos were probably glassed over, but they hoped that they had hit military targets as well.

Preparations with the No Endorse fleet headed for Mali were made. Four Makos were sent in and locked into place amongst the allied fleet. As soon as the preparatory measures were taken, a single message was sent to the No Endorse strike force:

Go.

Probability calculations initiated immediately after, working off of the deep scans taken earlier. Even with this information however, it was known and expected that the No Endorse fleet would get there first.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 117-A strike fleet initiated Probability Jump and materialized on the outskirts of a somewhat busier world than the last one, several thousand lightyears further into the galaxy.

(Need description)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The 117-B strike fleet moving away from Hirulen recorded the bombardment for posterity. The Waterworld was quite attractive and might make for a decent manufacturing center if the Godulans ever decided to take the planet entire.

Otherwise, they simply signaled the No Endorse fleet of the coordinates for the next destination and initiated the jump forward to a more militarized system.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Kythons were almost done with the remains of the USD, with little remaining but a few scraps and a portion of the lower engine block. Strangely, when the Godulan-Strain noted how the Balroggan-Strain was conducting their absorption, they began to cooperate with their brethren on a more fundamental level. The process remained swift however, and more and more Kythons were joining the pursuit of Cas'rai's doomed fighter.

Cas'rai could not leave, so she simply bucked and weaved amongst ever increasing numbers of Kythons, which seemed to be enjoying themselves by toying with the fighter craft, moving in to slice little bits and pieces off. It was like a school of pirahna after a wounded soon-to-be-meal. The occasional Slaymaster would move in to take a chunk out, then another, then another, with increasing frequency...

Fleet Alpha did indeed go, and they went with a fury. A thousand ships surged into hyper, dragging their Godulan passengers along in their wake. They would certainly get a nice view.

A single No Endorse ship sends off a massive hyperspace signature. But a fleet, they send off enough that you know full well that they are coming for you from a fair distance away. Such was how the No Endorse attack commenced, MASSIVE signatures ending in the fleet jumping into realspace.

They were at the edge of the system, swiftly entering engagement range. The attack commenced in earnest. Scans had detected the enemy Eclipse-class ships, and everything concentrated on them, even the Midnight, an Eclipse-class herself.

However, ninety singularity torpedos were fired at random enemy capitol ships. They hoped to cause chaos in the enemy fleet, giving them enough time to bring down at least one Eclipse.

Hundreds of fighters screamed through the void, setting up massive defensive screens against incoming enemies. Gunships clustered, ready to show enemy fighters what point defense truely was, and across the fleet, bombers prepared to launch and disperse their unholy flames.

I personally don't mind if you assist TCG with your puppet. I am also sure the others won't mind either.

The important thing is to finish the story. Such a bungled attempt at invasion needs to be finished. The story needs to be complete and whole.

Just be sure you don't fight his war for him. He started this whole thing and should logicly finish it mostly himself.

“Let’s accept and impose harsh terms!”
“Nonsense! They need to be exterminated, every last one!”
“No! Let’s accept and leave! They never caused us pain; they were stopped outside the borders. They even lost an Ultra class Star Destroyer for it.”

However, the Godsend itself decided the outcome. "SILENCE!" it roared over the bridge speakers, startling every crew member present. "Just because your captain is a ship does not mean you may overstep your bounds by deeming to dictate No Endorse policy! We shall not accept any surrender that does not meet minimum requirements. I shall transmit our terms in this fight to our allies, and we shall work from there. Acceptable terms to all allied parties will then be sent to The Cassiopeia Galaxy."

A transmission was made to Godular, Mini Miehm, and Balrogga.

The following is a draft for the surrender treaty of The Cassiopeia Galaxy. It was deliberately made harsh so that revisions might make it lighter. Using the old No Endorse idiom, we wish to defang and declaw the Howlrunner, so it cannot ever bite again. Please respond if this is acceptable:

Treaty of Darkkaan
We (The Concerned Nations) will accept The Cassiopeia Galaxy's surrender only under the following circumstances:

1) Restriction of Army:
Complete disassembly of The Cassiopeia Galaxy's robotic ground forces. The Cassiopeia Galaxy is to possess no more than Fifty Thousand (50,000) Terran ground troops, or the equivalent of Fifty Thousand (50,000) Terran ground troops depending on the abilities of different races, at any time. They may not be genetically engineered in any way, shape, or form. They also may not be trained for more than six continuous months at a time (no temporal distortions), and only as often as every four years. They may not be armed with more than a standard blaster rifle, standard body armor, standard chemical gas mask, small communications kit, camouflage, necessary survival supplies, and two grenades.
Limits of the following:
Fifty (50) Special Operations troops, subject to exclusive and special review by Occupational Government
Fifty (50) repulsorcraft, not exceeding a New Republic T-47 airspeeder.
Fifty (50) ground craft, not superior to an Imperial ATPT class walker, including but not limited to: Walkers, repulsortanks, speeder bikes, et cetera.
Fifty Thousand (50,000) standard Terran ground troops, or the equivalent of which adjusted for the strength of different races.
The Cassiopeia Galaxy must submit every new design, along with technical manuals and blueprints to an Occupational Government for evaluation against these above guidelines. All vehicles exceeding maximum standards will be taken by Concerned Nation inspection teams.

2) Restrictions on Navy:
Restriction of The Cassiopeia Galaxy Navy to the following:
Two (2) ships the size and power of an Imperial Imperator class Star Destroyer MKI
Ten (10) ships between the lengths of six hundred and eight hundred meters, not exceeding the power of an Imperial Victory I Star Destroyer
Fifty (50) ships between the lengths of two hundred and six hundred meters, not exceeding the power of an Imperial Strike class Cruiser
One hundred (100) ships between fifty and two hundred meters, not exceeding the power of an Imperial CR90 class Corvette
Five hundred (500) craft below fifty meters (Including fighters and other strike craft), not exceeding the power of an Imperial Skipray Blastboat
‘Length’ is defined by the craft's longest axis. ‘Width’ and ‘height’ may not exceed Fifty Percent (50%) of the ‘length.’ Any small craft with power exceeding those limits above shall be considered a craft of a level above it. The Cassiopeia Galaxy must submit every new design, along with technical manuals and blueprints to an Occupational Government for evaluation against these above guidelines. All craft exceeding maximum standards will be taken by Concerned Nation inspection teams.

3) Armed Forces:
Additional armed forces are allowed at the discretion of the High Council and Concerned Nations. The military budget of The Cassiopeia Galaxy may not exceed Ten Percent (10%) of the total Occupational Government budget, or One Trillion Galactic Dollars (G$), whichever is reached first. Law and Order budgets are subject to Twenty Percent (20%) or Two Point Five Trillion Galactic Dollars (G$), whichever is reached first. All limits listed in Articles 1, 2, and 3 may be adjusted at the discretion of the High Council at any time. Vehicles, Vessels, and other Units that are to be declared illegal by this treaty may be distributed to the Concerned Nations as the High Council deems fit, or destroyed as necessary.

The Cassiopeia Galaxy MUST turn over all information about its military regularly to the High Council. When this treaty comes into effect, The Cassiopeia Galaxy must tell the Concerned Nations and the High Council everything about its military capabilities, including vessels under construction, training camps, et cetera.

4) Surrender of Sovereignty:
The Cassiopeia Galaxy surrenders all sovereignty and the hallmarks thereof to the Occupational Government, assembled by a coalition of the Concerned Nations. The aforementioned nations will be allowed to keep as many military personnel in The Cassiopeia Galaxy as they deem fit, with any one member's complement not outweighing the total of all other forces combined. All worlds will be under the control of either the Occupational Government or the Concerned Nations. No Independent government shall exist.

5) Fates of Leaders:
All Cassiopeian leaders shall be tried before a Multinational Panel of Judges from the Occupational Government, and dealt with as judged necessary. The Occupational Government and Multinational Panel of Judges reserves the right to level any punishment deemed necessary.

6) Concerned Nations:
“Concerned Nations” are those deemed to be involved in this conflict. They include but may not necessarily be limited to:
The Empire of Balrogga
The Galactic Inferno of No Endorse
The Imperial Republic of CoreWorlds
The Terran Dominion of Mini Miehm
The Triad Consortium of Godular

Nations may be added to this list only through all but one nation present at the vote agreeing. At least four fifths of the Concerned Nations remaining in existence should be present for any standard vote. However, extraordinary circumstances allow for this to be waived if necessary, requiring a majority presence if possible.

6) Occupational Government:
An Occupational Government shall be formed. It shall be jointly made by the Concerned Nations, and will be subject to the will of the Concerned Nations. The High Council, formed with one representative from each of the Concerned Nations and a single nonvoting representative from The Cassiopeia Galaxy, shall have the ultimate say over all matters within The Cassiopeia Galaxy, including those holdings of Concerned Nations. Measures will be passed by simple majority except where otherwise specified.

7) War Indemnities
The total cost of the war shall be paid in full by The Cassiopeia Galaxy. There shall be no interest charged on this Indemnity greater than the Universal Inflation Rate. The timetable for paying this is limited to two hundred years.

8) Eventual return of Sovereignty
The Occupational Government, shall work to return Sovereignty eventually to the Cassiopeian people. There is no set timetable for this act, although before the end of the Multiverse is preferable. All holdings of Concerned Nations shall be kept as parts of those separate nations, except in cases of that nation falling. In case a Concerned Nation falls, a plebiscite shall be held to determine if Independence or absorption into the Occupational Government/Cassiopeia Galaxy or a Concerned Nation's holding should be done. The outcome will determine the fate of the territory.

10) Concerned Nations Holdings:
The total holdings of all Concerned Nations shall not exceed Thirty Three percent (33%) of the total planetary systems or territory of The Occupational Government/Cassiopeia Galaxy. The measurement for taking the Thirty Three Percent (33%) shall be taken from whichever value is higher. Such holdings shall be integrated into their respective Nations, and become legitimate claims. No Concerned Nation shall have a single holding within the innermost 33% of The Cassiopeia Galaxy, as determined by total volume. No nation may sell, cede, or through any other process transfer any portion of their holding in The Cassiopeia Galaxy to any other party unless approved by the High Council.

11) Defense of The Cassiopeia Galaxy
The Concerned Nations and Occupational Government are required to protect The Cassiopeia Galaxy from any unwarranted aggressive attacks. However, they are not required to pursue this enemy from beyond the borders of The Cassiopeia Galaxy. That shall only be done as independently deemed necessary.

12) Cassiopeia Galaxy Military Attacks
The Cassiopeia Galaxy is allowed to attack other nations that are NOT:
Part of or Allies of the Concerned Nations
Innocent of transgression against The Cassiopeia Galaxy
The Cassiopeia Galaxy is not allowed to occupy foreign territory. Any territory taken by The Cassiopeia Galaxy shall be administered by the Occupational Government, High Council, and/or Concerned Nations. The Cassiopeia Galaxy Military may hold territory for up to Six (6) Months (no temporal distortions) before turning over administration to the Occupational Government and/or the Concerned Nations. The fate of all acquired territory shall be determined by the High Council.

13) Violations:
Violation of any of the Treaty terms on the part of The Cassiopeia Galaxy shall result in complete resumption of violence, ending only when one of the following has been accomplished:
The Cassiopeia Galaxy is completely in the hands of the Concerned Nations plus any other Involved Parties (as deemed so by the High Council)
The Cassiopeia Galaxy has been emptied of all Cassiopeian life
The Cassiopeia Galaxy agrees to resume adherence to the this treaty (with Article 7 reinstated) Or any treaty drafted by the original Concerned Nations plus any other Involved Parties (as deemed so by the High Council)
The Multiverse ends before any other Article 13 term is met

Violation of the Treaty terms by a Concerned Nation or any other Involved Party shall be met with the tenfold tradition. This means that for every life ended, ten shall be executed. Every Paper stolen, ten must be paid.

14) War Guilt
The Cassiopeia Galaxy must accept sole responsibility for this war. The Cassiopeia Galaxy not only broke a previous surrender treaty on several counts, but also attempted to invade the Sovereign Nation known as the Galactic Inferno of No Endorse. There shall be no other repercussions of such, only that it shall be stated in the history books that it was the sole fault of The Cassiopeia Galaxy, its government, and its ruling family at the time that such a war was started.

"General Achaedus, two messages."

"Summarize."

"One is from the Cassiopeians asking for a treaty of surrender."

Achaedus chuckled to himself and continued plotting insertion vectors for the next system. Hopefully this one would have some measure of military defenses, it looked quite a lot like an industrialized world. "We know how well THAT went. Bloody bastards' word is as good as their combat tactics."

Assorted laughter responded to his comment, and the lieutenant continued.

"The other is from the No Endorse fleet. Its a draft of a treaty of surrender."

Achaedus did not chuckle.

"It is pretty harsh..."

"But the Balroggans are engaged in a Genocide war. No treaty can stop that. The only way to prevent them from killing more people is to reach the capitol first and render the Cassiopeian government unto dust. Signal the other ships, we go into overdrive. No mercy. If anything gets in our way we tear it to pieces, do you understand? Signal the homeguard and prep the four horsemen. Signal the No Endorse fleets, we cannot accept this draft or any draft of a treaty of surrender. This is for the Cassiopeians' own good."

The message from the ships minding the Kython Swarm eating the remains of the USD were not too assuring.

"We regret to inform you the Balrogga Empire cannot participate in this treaty until the G'Than'Dehr has been satisfied. If Mini Miehm had not asked us for help, we would already be busy satisfing it with their destruction.

You have until we tear apart their invasion fleet before we continue onwards to their Throneworld.

We are sorry.

Alright then. Seems like TCG lost all his will to fight about the time he realized he'd be destroyed. So, he refuses to post here, as a result I suggest those of us with any excuse prosecute a war against him, independent of this incident. I know that any time I see him RPing I'll be atacking him. He may be avoiding us here, but if he won't fight fair, I won't either. I suggest that we all attack him every time he makes an appearance. Whatever he thinks, he can't escape destruction this time, even if I have to whittle him away one thread at a time.

Cassiopeia. This takes the cake. YOU start a war with US and you pussy foot out of it like you always do. Well you're not going to get away with it this time. You need to learn to take your bloody lumps. This is legit. All of it. You can't duck out just because it might GASP HORROR SHRIEK hurt your nation.

Edited because I realized that I was angry at the time. However, if TCG saw it, just remember, this was the WORST move you could have made.

@ Miehm: bloody told you @@. You get far more flies with honey than with vinegar.

@ all: please cool it down. this is just a game, aye?

@ TCG: As far as I'm concerned, if you're just going to ignore that thread, then here is the status of my nation:
-you attacked NE
-you were repulsed by a joint coalition
-internal politics prevented me from persuing you to your borders. I don't care how others continue their justifications past that, I stopped at the end of my borders as far as I'm concerned.
-we are now enemies of the highest degree. Any Cassiopeian ship seen will be shot on sight. I won't go out of my way to find you, but if you show up somewhere and I show up, then the fireworks will fly.

I don't know and honestly don't care how the rest of the people end up justifying all of this ICly. All I know is that I now have an enemy to list in my factbook, and a failed RP.

If you would ever like to resume a closed invasion of No Endorse, then just say the word. I hope that you reconsider, as it could have been a very interesting RP.

So, what do you want to do about that Holy Jihad you declaired upon me after I issued that challenge? When you continued to attack, that was when the G'Than'Dehr came into effect so your Jihad occurred before mine. I also do not know of yours IC.

Also, if I were to be completely in character, I should be using more than 3 fleets (less than 20% of my military) to attack you and I have beeen "holding" them from actually attacking you in order to save MM from your 5 fleets you sent there. I have been acting In Character otherwise.

Honestly, it does not feel right leaving these proclimations up in the air unanswered like this. A Jihad should not be easily forgotten, and the G'Than'Dehr to my nation is based upon their racial identity so it cannot be forgotten nor forgiven.

How would you like to resolve this?

Balrogga: My basic assumption at this point is that if anything happens to TCG's precious little territory he's going to run screaming from the RP as usual.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alrighty. For people who bother to read this, I am going to present the situation as it stands.

Cassiopeia attacked No Endorse, somehow thinking that he would not recieve aid from either of the two alliances No Endorse was affiliated with. When allies jumped in to assist, destroying one of TCG's flagships and essentially pushing him back as per standard, it was decided that the time had come to commence a counter invasion of TCG's home galaxy.

Now. Here's the thing. TCG seems to have a thing against Dogpiles and I for one agree with the sentiment. I was accomodating to this, narrowing down the list of counter-aggressors to four and even now at three, and even going so far as to let a third party send in a puppet to aid in TCG's defense.

Does 3 on 2 sound like a dogpile to you? I should hope not.

Now, TCG has essentially ditched this thread, citing bullying tactics (wrong) and dogpiling (wrong) and even attempts to hack him (just plain uber hyper mega sw00ber wrong). However, it is acknowledged at this point in time that we are not going to let him get away with this, as it has become TCG's continuing habit to ditch a thread whenever his territory comes under threat of attack.

And so, it is put as a notice that all who pay attention to this type of thread can choose to follow or dismiss at leisure:

The Allied forces invaded, ransacked, and essentially poofed the Cassiopeia Galaxy in all manner of creative ways from planetary bombardment to planetwide brainwashing. All of its characters are nice and dead and cloning apparatus are slagged.

There is no territory left to conquer, so on and so forth and yadda yadda yadda.

In essence, this is my notice that from this day forth TCG is dead to me. If forces show up in any thread they are to be slapped down without mercy or second thought. This is my post saying that unless otherwise forced into interaction I will hereby ignore The Cassiopeia Galaxy on the basis of for me the nation no longer exists. I hope all who read this post will understand the impetus for this situation and maybe even follow suit.

This condition will remove itself if Cassiopeia agrees to the conflict on the terms that I provided, which are very generous considering the situation.

I hope this doesn't come off as being overly harsh, but I honestly find myself realizing that there's rather literally no other way to say it. Cassiopeia screwed up too big this time and he's not going to get away with it.

Please note that I am still willing to RP with Hataria. This state of affairs and all that it implies is only in concern to The Cassiopeia Galaxy.

@TCG

I asked a question earlier in this Thread that was not addressed.

What do you want to do about your Holy Jihad and my G'Than'Dehr?

Neither of us can IC let this drop because of the theoretical damage it would do to our citizen's beliefs. It would be like the pope claiming his was an athiest or something to that extreme extent.

Now, I don't want to just go barging in and creating another thread that will be just ignored. In the past two threads, I have played in the background either:

(1) attacking unpopulated systems unless you placed something there

(2) devoted my forces to stopping your attack fleets you were sending to invade MM

Please let me know what you would like to do about this before it draggs on too long.

Seriously, I would like to get this over with before that NS War II begins so it doens't become an issue there.
