Military Factbook
Prussia is known for it's military might. The main industry of Prussia is Arms Manufacturing, and Prussia uses this to create a stunning military. This factbook contains all of the types of warriors that can be found in Prussia's army, as well as some that can be hired for your own military.
Musketeer- The backbone of the army, musketeers carry muskets, as their name implies. The muskets also have bayonets for close combat.
Needle Gunner- Wielding the Prussian Dreyse, or needle rifle, these men are the light skirmishers of the army.
Czapka Uhlan- Lance wielding light cavalry. Charge in with lances, then switch to swords for close combat.
Dragoon- An infantry using a carnine that rides a horse. Treated as infantry rather than cavalry.
Field Gun- A light cannon drawn by horses. Can be used to bring down groups of men in one shot.
Howitzers- Cannon that, like the Field Gun, can be used to destroy groups of men, but it has longer range and is more effective against sructures.
Frigate- The typical ship of the navy. A powerful ship that can down others with ease.
Landsknecht- Mercenary German pikeman, the Prussian's answer to a cavalry charge. Can be hired for your military.
Hessian Jager- Mercenary light infantry from Hess. Can be hired to be an effective skirmisher for your army.
Black Rider- A heavily armoured cavalry that wields a pistol. Powerful and ranged cavalry for hire.
Mercenaries can be bought from Prussia, so long as you are in good standing with Prussia. We will not sell mercenaries to nations at war with our allies, and although the mercenaries will fight for you in any condition, they can be recalled if attempted to be used against us.
As can be seen, the Prussian military is a force to be reckoned with. The only thing going against this force is the cost. As such, most of the government's money goes to the military.
