I know that the Idea has already been posted by Veitnamexico but that thread seems to have died. I'm starting a new one. The city is NOT my capital but it is a big city in my nation.
The Northern District is industrial. The Eastern and Western ones are residention, East is more hight end and the West is more Slummish. The Southern District is mostly commercial and such with an okay amount of Hotels and Apartments. Police are very few in the city, especially in the North and West. The Center of the City is like Center City in Philadelphia, mostly large companies and corporations like law firms and the like.

Backround: Gang that works for Irish National Army of Liberation in exchange for weapons. Mostly members are of Irish Desent. Small drug opperation.

Background: The Black Stripe League was founded by Ka Phorh, an ex-Helfaer Armed Forces sergeant who was hired by the Department of Homeland Affairs to form a slaver cell in Drexel Hillsville. Ka immediately began building up a base of gang members by using a bar he had bought as a recruiting post. Since then they have become a force to be reckoned with in the western areas, mainly due to their being supplied with Helfaer Armed Forces equipment. The Black Stripe League is generally uninterested in drug dealing operations, as their equipment comes from Helfaer and other expenses are handled by offering "protection" to local businesses. Instead they are involved in human trafficking, transporting slaves to Helfaer, and a large proportion of unexplained disappearances in the slums are their work. They generally maintain a neutral attitude to the other gangs in the city, however, they are fierce in defending their territory or assets.]

Backround: The Talons are a gang of higher class, one that tends to think more realisticly about a venture before attempting.
The gang is lead by the Brother of Raven corps Colderon Zion The current CEO of Raven corps. The gang has recieved funding through Raven corps which has stated that the money is to be used to help his brother on his feet with a new busniess. The front bueniess of The Talons has normally been Escort services, but prostitution, money laundering, extortion, and private killings are also on the menu for those who know where to get it.

Backround:A small but mysterious group that specializes in Kidnapping and Assassination, The Syrans are pros at what they do. All dressed in black trenchcoats complete with Sunglasses and carrying a pair of pistols each, each Syran is a well-trained and merciless killer. The group mantains utmost secrecy in it's dealing and kills traitors and those who can't get the job done. This is not a gang that you want to disturb.

Backround: this rather large Biker Gang Started off just as any other Motorcycle Gang, but with nthe Recent influence of Death Spire Citazens with..."Replacement" Appendages, the gang has Grown exessivly Tactcal and Merciless.

by "replacment" appendages, i mean Bones, but they coat em with steel, to look like bionic Replacements., as undead tend to get attention, and only the right//left arm are this way.
