President Migueal Roya wishes to fly to Tel Aviv to meet with Isreal's leader to discuss peacekeeping operations in Brazil.

The US would like to invite the country of Brazil to join the ALN(here's the ALN thread: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=470304). Though before Brazil enters the league, the US asks that Brazil withdraw its troops from Venezuela, so that there can be a peaceful resolution to the conflict there. If the Brazil does decide to enter the ALN, the ALN offers to send a joint ALN peacekeeping force to help Brazil in the midst of their civil war.
