I would look to Raven corps or Weapons-tech for the best Cloning tech. Weapons-tech cloning is prbably better, but Ravn corps has memory implanting with thiers so its all really about what you want....

Cloning tanks can be purchased on an individual basis (sealed to prevent reverse enginering) at the rate of 945 billion per tank. These tanks will allow you to bring a clone from gene sequence to full maturity in approx four weeks and include the ability for planned gene sequence tweaking (by a trained Mix-Master) and realtime management of hormones and growth.
