OOC: Due to the success of my Military Design thread, we've decided to build weapons. Assume all vehicles come with crews. I don't know about cost, but I'll just say I have no defence money for a RL week. Also, for training/building time, I won't have any of it until... how about an RL week as well?

OOC: You probably can't afford quite that many of the subs just yet. I'd start with maybe 30-35 of them. As one of the most expensive things you're building, you shouldn't have that many just yet. 35 of those is still quite a formidable force anyway. Otherwise, this looks good.

OOC - Currently, you have half a squadron of F-16E aircraft; three more will create your first bomber squadron. You'll need more aircraft (unless you already have some; I don't know what the status of your air force was prior to this build-up), regardless.

The Aequatian Republic would be willing to provide the 2nd Marine Special Operations Combat Group (2nd MARSOCOM-G) to the nation of Pythogria for the purposes of training in the application of the "Conqueror" Advanced Infantry Combat System. Training involves mutliple environment training with a special emphasis on urban combat.

OOC: Yeah, but you have to account for the huge purchases of production rights too. If you're pretty well out for, say, 12 days, that'll do. But 1 week isn't enough, even with a fast timeline.

We shall be sending an engineer battalion along with the 2nd MARSOCOM-G to take part in the construction of the base which will be named Fort Hargold. Support units will also be sent such as a forward support battalion and an aviation regiment. Once the base is completed and our forces are fully deployed, we shall begin to train your nation's forces in the application of the CAICS.

Fort Hargold will not contain missile silos but may be used to store tactical nuclear warheads for Navy vessels and aircraft.

Ah, yeah, but we're soon going through reforms. (I'm actually designing my own equipment.) I could give you production rights for the designs I've finished (the ZA-1 rifle and XM-1 MBT).

Our governmnet must consider these production rights! Currently we have no defense spending (0%)! But we still have our forces!

OOC: It's really impossible to have ANY army with 0%. The Defense budget is military spending plus the costs of fuel, ammunition, etc. If you use a kind of communism you cn avoid that and make it all spending though.
