Earlier this morning, the Imperial Navy released tantilising new specifications for a planned replacement of the aged Kirov class battlecruisers with a full Battleship. Further hints also suggest the development of a merge between the Slava Class and Kirvo class cruisers and battle cruisers respectivelly for an Anti-SD missile firing ship role, but today's concentration is on the new battleship design.

The only data recieved, due to the Imperial Military Secrets act is the basic specifications of the proposed "Imperator" class, based on the American Iowa class.

OOC: With today's concentration on anti missile systems e.c.t, I find a big old school shell tends to be quite reliable actually, since most ships ignore super huge amounts of armour in echange for more anti-missile defences. But that just seems to be what I see anywho. However, this is meant to be constructive critisism, so what kind of 16in guns would be better than the Model 1936 variety?
