Lord Talimaka rode his mighty steed through the town, the Republic of Talimakaka were in the bronze age but were at the highest of standards, doors gleamed with jewelled engraved doors, Talimaka looked around him and saw neatly groomed men smelting down the copper and tin fashioned bronze spears leant against the wall.
The tribes strength cavalary . The horse were the frontrunners of the civilisations the flag for the nation. When ever you see the cavalry or even a single horse from the culture you cannot help but to be in awe.
The huge horses were not only usefull for fast scouting missions but also to plough through ranks of men or to carry many weapons to battle or to carry home the heroes. They were also used in running the mills pulling carts and for peoples general travel.
"Gentle beasts Fierce in battle loyal til the end."
Talimaka stroked his oiled beard and looked down at his horse the phrase had been drilled into him as a babe and now he was astride the strongest and the fastest horse of the tribe, he felt the power surge and the muscles tense.
THhis was to be the day he opened his tribe up to the new world the world of trade of prosperitey of learning but also war...how many men must he sacrifice for this how many horses will lie in the field for the last time, he hoped none but life had taught him better.
It had been nearley a year since his message had been sent out, surely the world cannot bethis big sureley a nation other than mine exists.
He looked to the horizon as he saw a distinct column of dust in the distance .... could this be the first contact with another nation?
