Armaments: 182 oversized Archer HE AS missile pods, 1 Magnetic Accelerator Cannon, 40 50mm cannons for PD, and 4 Shiva torpedoes
Defensive systems: 5 meters of titanium-A battleplate on all sufaces, extensive internal bracing and armour, and hydraulic reinforcement to prevent the hull buckling.
Compliment: 4 landing bay, 5 C709 Longsword Fighter/Bombers and 7 D77 type "Pelican" vessels per bay
The mainstay of the FSC fleet, the Halcyon cruiser's most noteworth feature is the near impossibility of its destruction. Their internal hulls feature a series of cross-bracings and honeycombs. During the Collective war, Halcyon cruisers were capable of functioning in a combat role even after sustaining numerous hull breaches to all compartments and losing 90% of their armor.
