Subspace message to all empires:
our home planet (water prime or Water III if you prefer) has opened its borders to outside traders and diplomats. a legation quarter has been set up in the capitol city, and a customs station in space. The governement of Waterhelper eargerly awaits the opening of diplomatic relations with other empires.

The Central Subspace Communication Station picked up the subspace message, and sent out a reply, also over subspace:
The Chroli Empire is always eager to open diplomatic relations with other races and civilisations, and we will be sending an exploration ship with a diplomat to Water Prime.
The CES Explorer, a Discovery-Class Exploration Ship, immediately turned and began its journey to Water Prime. Fortunately, all exploration ships carried a diplomat at all times for situations such as this, and could get there in just under a month.

Message to The Chroli Empire:
We have established a embassy in the legation quarters for you and we are awaiting your arrival.

The CES Explorer arrived to let the diplomat, called Injor Kalak, off at the newly-constructed embassy. The Explorer had stopped off during the trip in order to pick up the other workers for the embassy. A transmission was sent to request landing permission at Water Prime.

the message was recieved and a reply sayin that they could land was sent back

The staff for the embassy were let off and made their way to the embassy.

The MacIntyre Government's reply was this:

We have recieved your communications, and we have decided to send a delegation to visit you. We of the Workers and Peasants of New Dornalia wish to also open relations with new peoples and new civilizations, so both sides of the equation may benefit.

A Gagarin II shuttle with a diplomatic team then approached Waterhelper space, and hailed the local authorities announcing their presence.

Between the time of the two diplomats arriving the legation quarters was finished.
Message to MacIntyre's Gagarin II:
Gagarin II you are cleared for landing in the legation quarters space dock. we are sending you the coordinates of your embassy in this massage too.
note: each embassy has a total area of 1 acre for development if you so wish it. Also each embassy can have a total of 100 staff and 50 soldiers.

Message to MacIntyre's Gagarin II:

The Gagarin II landed in the space dock, and then proceeded to their legation quarters. The Ambassador, Roderick Duncan, looked around, and said to his adjutant, "Not a bad place. Let's bring in some furniture and stuff. Give it a few homey touches. And get my Evangelion collection! I need it here, pronto!"

The adjutant nodded, and went off to get the stuff from the shuttle, and requisition more things from home. As a result, a Haywood Dropship with the stuff and 50 soldiers, half People's Acolytes (ND Commie Jedi) and half regular Red Army, approached Waterhelper space under a diplomatic white flag, and proceeded to go to the legation's dock.

The Galactic Empire of Mationbuds seeks to have Diplomatic , Military and Economic Ties with Waterhelper .
