"Only 45 Minutes into the mission and this is nagging." spoke a young man.

"Nagging?! Besides training this is your first mission and from what your shirt reads it says you are Cadet Charn not Admiral Charn." spoke the slightly older man across from him.

"This mission is a waste." said the Cadet sighing.

"Maybe, Maybe not. If it isn't our names will be in history. Cadet Charn and Colonel Slig the discoveres of a new Solar System." spoke the Colonel.

"Eh Hem..." coughed the pilot of the Delta Escort Shuttle.

"And Navy Pilot Fren." spoke the Colonel.

"So all we have to do is explore the large gap in between the Elechor System and the Core System. So let's hop to it." yelped the Cadet.

*6 hours later*

The young cadet lay sleeping while the Colonel struggled to keep consioucness as well. A small star comes into view in the distance.

"You better see this." said Fren unto the half-sleep Colonel.

"It better be good." said the Colonel as he got up.

"It is come here." said the Pilot.

"My God it's a star. Planet? Cadet get up we've found a star!" spoke the Colonel exitedly

"Seriously?" spoke the cadet.

"Yes." said the Colonel and th Pilot harmoniously.




OOC: Basically I plan to encounter resistance or something to happen although I don't know. Anything can occur at this point so jump in anyone at anytime.

GSE.9022.17, the star system this happened to be in the new log archives of the Republic StarFleet. Here was the next port of call for the eyes and sensors of the Ascendancy Treeship Argusa, a powerful heavy cruiser classification of the Second Generation.

It wasn't only the underlings of the Fleet that were undertaking exploration efforts. "A nice star system indeed, two M-Class, three E to G Class, and four Gas Giant types."

"Add thrity two D-Class Moons, no M types, and a planetoid field."

Lord Terrai, the father of the Excellency himslef, looked at the mother of the same Excellency, with a smirk, to his Lady Jeain. "I guess we can add thus as well."

They were looking over a mutual sized display Padd of the system, gathered from sensor-drones, when Sensors registered a sudden contact, one unknown vessel.

A suprise for them it would be as well this day, and the crew of the Argusa

The PSN Infernal Sky had been on a deep space mission for the past five years. Even though she didn't know that the thrid civil war was over she still continued on her mission to locate and capture the AE home system (being as she is a Peace class heavy destoryer designed for establishing a beach head and holding it for up to six months depending on supplies.)
She had just defolded, in the traditional flamboyant style that a space fold produced, into yet another bleak and boring system. No AE contacts and no PSN ones, just the way Captain Valentine liked it.
They only stopped to feed off plasma produced by the star, mostly because her own supplies of plasma (fuel) were running low. As she neared the star her sensors flaired with the signatures of two vessels, one heavy warship (unknown type) and one smaller type (also unknown).

OCC: Hope you dun mind an old nation joining in.
Also the Infernal Sky is 9.3km long so she'll show up on sensors quiet easily. Good thing she's low and ammo and fuel (plasma doubles as both for PSN warships).

The TAS Valley forge was cruising at hyper warp 3 through the seemingly devoid sector of space, its nacelles were glowing as stars passed quickly with streaks of light over and around the ship.

The bridge was rather grey,white and smooth, personnel and officers rushed across every witch way, the capitan was a young man his black hair brown eyes and skinny five foot ten body rather lowered as he sat in the large leather like command chair. the con officer was scanning every witch way in to systems and planets.

the officer turned over to the capitan and started speaking.

"Sir, we have a sort of a blip on sensors it seems to be a ship, so far no more details have come in to light.. but we should check it out"

The capitan sighed and repsonded" Well Commander, I belive your right, we just got done with our refit so why not test these new systems out,The United Terran alliance needs new contacts any way"

The con officer nodded and told the helm officer who was a young woman sitting beside him. "Drop out of warp at this place, and set course 1908 mark 250 mark 117.."

The helm officer nodded and smiled taping a holographic console, the large sleek white ship drooped out of hyper warp, and at a rather fast pase its zero mass impulse drives pushed it towards the sensor readings.


The white, smooth hulled sleek ship with its glowing nacelles, blinking hull lights and ominous looking stance floated over the strange new ship(s).

The capitan looked over to the con officer, and nodded saying "send out a general hail"


the hail was sent out on all frequency. it was heard This The Terran alliance ship TAS Valley forge, we detected some odd sensor readings in this area please identify your self"

The I.K.S. Bort'ka dropped out of warp. Captain Kang leaned forward in his chair. "Report!" he ordered. "We are secured from warp speed," replied another warrier. "Several planets in the system." "Very well," said Kang. "Move us in. We must find new worlds for the Empire." "Captain! Three unknown ships in the system!" "Excellent!" said Kang. "Let us see if they are worthy of our attention. Open communications!"

This is Captain Kang of the Klingon Empire. Identify yourselves or be fired upon!"

One ping became apparently four. Terrai heard the Sensor calls come in as each dropped in on each other, at different points in the Star System.

"Karma indeed." Terrai jokes. An aide comes forth. "Should we open hails? We don't..."

"...want to cause an incident. Indeed. Very well. Send out a becon IFF of our vessel and exploratory status. Comms only after declaring their own intentions." Terrai looks at his wife. "Don't want to give out immendaitely that the parents of an emperor are out on a hike bluntly."

Jeain just poits back.. "Coward."

IC: The Cadet stared gazingly at the huge shipin front of him. The Escort Shuttle which was a decent size was dwarfed by the massive ship in front of it. Unimpressed the Colonel set up a comlink, "We are scouts from Zactarn Prime, the owner of this Galaxy; we were sent to investigate for another system."

The Gaians responded plainly to this one.

":: This is the Gaian Ascendancy Treeship Argusa, on an exploration mission in this galaxy.

On the bridge sensors had been trained on the large warship untill two new ships appeared.
"Ma'am we have detected two new vessesls, both demanding identification though one is threatening violence," said the ship's AI (nicknamed Senseless.)
"Send out a IFF response to the more friendly one, ignore the violent ones. It's doubtful they'd try and attack us infront of several other ships," Valentine replied as she rubbed her eyes, "Also hurry with the refueling. I want us combat ready ASAP."

OCC: Been a while TFU.

"Ha!", laughs Kang. "These beings offer a challange! This is much better than Kor's encounter with the Terren dogs. Open channel!" he ordered.

"I claim this system for the Empire. Stand aside, or be destroyed!"

The message wrang clear through out the area. The Cadet suddenly laughed and almost fell to the floor. The Pilot set up an encrypted ComLink to forces on the Elechor System telling them to immediatly get to ther sight now. 1 VSSD and 1 Typhoon Battleship

The said message was however directed at the Gaians. Terrai didn't laugh. he knew these types well from across hundreds of galaxies.

He orders a channel open. "Hail back from that which challenged you. Your claim has only one problem. We know little of your civilization, and suspect you know little of others of the powers present here.

The Federal Union, Zacturn and Phalanix will 'probably' indicate otherwise to refute your claim. So be it however that you wish to prove your power. Do please go ahead and try.

Is it indeed a good day for you to die? I do not. I still have over two thousand years to live and do not intend to see that ended this day.

Attack if you wish, you'll lose. I Lord Terrai of the Kerensky House say so."

Terrai ends the conversation. They 'don't' call for reinforcements. One Treeship of the Second Generation that had survived dirtect battle with Infernal forces on both the mortal and celestial planes is 'all' that is needed here.

The Gaians were severely war hardened now and feared no death in the slightest. They still however plotted a course closer to the far less belligerent forces at present and sent friendly IFF signals of their open status.

Using Jumpspace technology the two ships made the jump without problem. The arrived and proceeded to move next to the small shuttle. They saw the large Federal Union ship and sent out Friendly non-violent hails. They also proceeded to keep I on the strange ships provoking the Gaian Ascendancy

"So these targs wish to fight, do they? Very well." Kang sits down in his command chair. "Weapons online!" he orders. "All warriors, prepare for battle! And contact that worthless dog, Kor. I want him ready for battle!"
As the cruiser charges its weapons, a second cruiser decloaks and also prepares itself for battle...

Terrai looked neutrally on as a second klingon vessel decloaks. He looks at his wife, who gives him back a look of 'it's your mess, not mine', whence Terrai chuckles and then looks back, belowing. "Charge all Ionic weapons arrays. No need to kill them, just teach them a lesson.

Deploy Angelhawk Wings."

Externally to all sides, the sight (if impressive to any wished so eye..) of three very large, seemingly delecate looking, glowing angel wings of immense power and capabiity, swirling anf flowing around into existence from literally nothing, about the bow of the 2 kilometer long vessel, shaped like a pouncing winged cat, in artistic format.

The Wings deploy to deflect incoming weapon strikes, and were equally proven in war against the Infernals. Crew, Angel God and Angel Warrior troop and command prepare as if it was another battle of the Eternal War. The mind may be wear of war, the skills aren't.

Terrai waits this out, and then orders. "Give one pass if they advance within the yellow defense arc. Set arc now at seven kilometers. Arm arrays for point blank and deflection screen tactic."

Jeain snipes at Terrai quickly. "You better know what you say here bub."

Terrai meekly replies back. "They started it."

At this seen the small shuttle, Vssd, and Typhoon Battlcruiser all dashed in front of the opposing ships that made the claim.

"How we would love to blast you to the hell you so rightfully deserve to be in we will give you a chance at redemption by surrendering and allowing us to board." said the Colonel.

At that point the VSSD pulled out of the top of the Axial Superlaser pod a large Tractor Beam directed at the ships.

At this seen the small shuttle, Vssd, and Typhoon Battlcruiser all dashed in front of the opposing ships that made the claim.

"How we would love to blast you to the hell you so rightfully deserve to be in we will give you a chance at redemption by surrendering and allowing us to board." said the Colonel.

At that point the VSSD pulled out of the top of the Axial Superlaser pod a large Tractor Beam directed at the ships.

Terrai makes a quick counter on open comm. "We make no claim to this system. We were explorers. But we are also warriors. Unless the Klingons stand down, we fight without quarter save one.

We will not kill here. We don't need to. Board our vessel freely after this action is ended please." ..to the Zactarn primarily.

"Ha! Klingons never surrender!" shouted Kang. "We Conquer! Helm, attack pattern b'kot! Target disruptors! Fire at will!" The cruiser accellorated at the Typhoon Battlcruiser, firing as it came. "It is a good day to die!" Kor screamed.

"What is that idiot doing?!" shouted Kor, captain of the second Klingon cruiser. "Very well. Helm, partern k'mok! Fire disruptors!"

(ooc: oops, my roomate was still logged on! we're both rp'ing on different threads, but using his computer because i don't have one. gotta pay better attention to who's logged on before posting! )

"HAHAHAHA." yelled the Cadet.

He pushed aside the pilot and flew strait toward one of the beams. At that point seconds from hitting the beam they smacked on the shields causing the beam to bounce back at the small Klingon ship. The VSSD fired the Tractor Beam at the two ships in hope of rendering them motionless.

"Incoming attack pattern." ..Tactical Sector informed, not very impressed in tone. Terrai nodded, and upon seeing the incoming attack, orders..

"Target the pulse nodes with disrupting frequency fire beams. Keep doing it till they approach at terminal line."

The interior shound of the ZPC chamber conduits going into overdrive sound the vessels advanced weaponry going critical focus.

The Gaians start by opening return fire, against the incoming Klingon disruptor fire, with equal firing speed as needed. large lances of bending energy strike out perpendicular to the vessel along it's whole lenght, and then bend wickedly, to strike with two or three lances needed to disrupt the incoming pulses.

A few get through, and impact against the Wings with little evident damage. Only one shot gets through all this, and scars the exterior of the Argusa.

Terrai does not change tactics at present.

Kang picked himself off the deck. "Report!" he ordered. "Our own disruptors bounced back and hit us!" replied a warrior. "Fire Torpedoes!" shouted Kang. His cruiser spat twin balls of red fire at the enemy ship. Then it stopped moving. "Captain, they have us caught in a tractor beam!" "Fire at the source!" Kang ordered.

"Evasive!" ordered Kor. His ship avoided the tractor beam and began a long arc to bring it back around for another shot. "Prepare torpedoes!" said Kor.

Kang picked himself off the deck. "Report!" he ordered. "Our own disruptors bounced back and hit us!" replied a warrior. "Fire Torpedoes!" shouted Kang. His cruiser spat twin balls of red fire at the enemy ship. Then it stopped moving. "Captain, they have us caught in a tractor beam!" "Fire at the source!" Kang ordered.

"Evasive!" ordered Kor. His ship avoided the tractor beam and began a long arc to bring it back around for another shot. "Prepare torpedoes!" said Kor.
Due to the Tractor beam the shot came out in slow motion allowing the Shuttle to fire 3 TurboLaser blasts. One hit the enemy blast blowing up in a ball of energy and the other two headign toward the ship. The other ship who had fired the topedoes did no damage as it hit the shuttle's shields rendering them useless but it withstood the barage. The Typhhon Class Battlecruiser blasted 6 Concussion Missles at the second cruiser which escaped the Tractor beam and fired 6 more at the one in the tractor beam.

The Gaian vessel meanwhile took a arcing course above the Zactarn 'front' and would come down at a 95 degee angle above the two cruisers. Whether the Klingons survived the missle barrages or not, Terrai ordered a massed beam strike to end this here and now.

It was a mere Ionic beam lance that would stun the hell out of the Klingons in one fell swoop, one their shields could not prevent. Still, the size and intensity of the beam could easily ravage the nearby VSSD in the same stroke.

"On my mark, fire at five kilometers, spiral lance spread Delta-III."

The Gaians screamed in at HIGH velocity, what happens next.............

The six Concussion Missles hit Kang's ship near the aft end of the 'neck'. The explosion knocked out the gravity generators. Kang found himself floating around his bridge. "Report!" he shouted. "Gravity ofline!" responded a warrior. "We have lost main power. Shilds are gone. Weapons gone. We are defenseless!" "NO!" screamed Kang "We will not be defeated by animals! All power to engines! Ram that garbage scow!" The ship struggled against the tractor beam, trying to free itself.

Kor shouted, "Fire disruptors on the missiles! Target torpedoes on the enemy shuttle!" Red beams of energy spat at the missiles following the ship, while two torpedoes launched towards the shuttle.

The Shuttle then raced forward and the VSSD droppd the tractor beam. The two torpedoes missed the shuttle barely and the shuttle layed out a boarding ram that rammed the formerly tractor beamed ship. Troopers then boarded the Small demobilized shuttle. The other shuttle was then blasted by Ion Cannons that were charged to full power. Just as the Gaian Ships came behind the Klingon ships, The shuttle raced away carrying the small Klingon shuttle with it. The VSSD then raced to the left to advoid the blast by the Gaians

Kangs ship shook after being hit with the ram. "We are invaded!" shouted a warrior. "I will NOT be captured and caged like a targ!" shouted Kang. "For the EMPIRE!" His bridge crew yelled in unison. Kang then reached for the controls of the anti-matter storage tanks, and shut down the magnetic fields within. The resulting anti-matter release destroyed Kang's ship, and sent out a shockwave in all directions...

Kor watched as Kang destroyed himself. "They have died with honor," he spoke. Then, he ordered, "Restore the cloak, and set a course for the Homeworld." As his crew followed his commands, he couldn't help feeling a pang of regret. Twice now he had been defeated. There would not be a third...

Kangs ship shook after being hit with the ram. "We are invaded!" shouted a warrior. "I will NOT be captured and caged like a targ!" shouted Kang. "For the EMPIRE!" His bridge crew yelled in unison. The Shuttle was rocked but was not ripped apart. It was still in the air. However the second shuttle went into cloak in plain view and was tracked by the Typhoon battlecruiser who tailed him.

IC: The Battlecruiser was shocked by the speed but it was faster and used Jumpspace to come striaght behind it with about a gap 130 yards only. The Battlecruiser then fired to the left hoping the ship would make a dodge to that side out of instinct. The blast wouldn't destroy the ship only slow it.

Kor watched the tatical display. It showed the enemy ship gaining on him. "Change course," he ordered. "Head for sector [I[terra'k[/I]. Maximum warp." the cruiser changed direction and headed for a nine-planet system still two lightyears away. "Fire torpedoes!" he ordered. Twin fireballs spat from the rear of the ship and headed straight for the Battlecruiser.

The TAS Valley forge was rocked widely by the explosion its shields were raised and weapons were armed.


The Capitan ordered out loudly "Report!" as the bridge stopped shaking.

The Con officer taped his console and then looked over flustered and panting "sir no damage, defectors are holding..."


The young capitan sighed and grumbled saying "set a pursuit crouse, Mach their speed!.


the large ship rushed out and jumped to hyper warp matching the other ships speed its weapons charged, the sleek white hull gleaming in the light as it came up aft of it.


The Valley forge drooped out of hyper warp seconds later posting it self over the battle

the captain sighed, as the ship waited for the other to respond.

Kor watched the tatical display. It showed the enemy ship gaining on him. "Change course," he ordered. "Head for sector [I[terra'k[/I]. Maximum warp." the cruiser changed direction and headed for a nine-planet system still two lightyears away. "Fire torpedoes!" he ordered. The Battlecruiser sped up next to the small Klingon cruiser and stuck close next to it untill a Solar System came into view. The Large Cruiser than unfolded a boarding ram that smacked into the cruisers control head. This would most likely render the ship powerless

The TAS Avenger was on route towards the first system the valley forge had left, its glowing engines slowly became dimmer as it drooped out of hyper warp it was rather medium in size but it had a heavy armament, with an armament of 8 Quantum resonance beam emitters, 2 type VIa Mega phaser cannons, 12 type V Mega phaser turret emitters ,8 Quad rapid fire Hyper photon/Flux torpedo /Advanced Quantum torpedo launchers, it was next of kin to the Washington class dreadnought, it was built for combat, but it was the only ship in the area to establish.

The Colonel opened a CommLink to the large ship in front of it.

"We the owners of the galaxy, Zactarn Prime wishes to board."

The older capitan nodded and a hail was sent back "agreed, wold you like to be beamed? or would you want to send a shuttle to dock with our ship?"

the avenger had it shields up but its weapons were powered down, the hull lights on the smooth medium sized ships blinked as its white hull gleamed in the light of the dark void.

((OCC: Jesus you ever think about the other guy? Next time try and wait for the others.))

While all this was going on the Infernal Sky had already refueled and began recording, scanning, and charting each ship for a tactical assesment.
Valentine sighed quietly as she closed her eyes and tilted her command chair back slightly.
"Ma'am one vessel seems to have self-destructed, the other of the same class has begun to flee with two other ships after it," Senseless said waiting for orders.
"Prep the fold drives, there's nothing worth while here. Can we please find a more quiet system next time we need to refuel?" Valentine responded as she waited to hear the usual warning claxons signaling a fold was about to commence.
"Ma'am! Another ship has entered the system seems to be from the Federal Union."
"Call off the fold! Perhaps we may have to stay, keep the tactical scanns going and slowly bring us out of the star's shadow."
Slowly but surely the Infernal Sky began to lumber out of the star's shadow, her plasma tanks now full.

The Argusa became a spectator in short order, as it's attack run is cut short when one of the Klingon vessels explode. Suddenly most of the other vessels depart, and the Gaians are left essentially alone now.

After after action reports filter in, Terrai sighs. "How does our son put up with this?" ..feeling older at the moment. Jeain jibes futher with.. "I'll be sure he knows about this incident.

He'll be pleased won't he dear?" ..she puts in a tone that Terrai takes less than comfortingly.

The Gaians remain where they are for the moment, making minor repairs, and allowing the Treeship to rest from it's exertions.

The older capitan nodded and a hail was sent back "agreed, wold you like to be beamed? or would you want to send a shuttle to dock with our ship?"

the avenger had it shields up but its weapons were powered down, the hull lights on the smooth medium sized ships blinked as its white hull gleamed in the light of the dark void.

The small shuttle flew over the control room of the large ship and the boaring ram cam crashing down in and through. Down cam the cadet, then the colonel.

(ooc ZP you might want to edit your post so your landing in the shuttle bay of my ship we do have one.. because doing that will likely being in a hostile response, that and you pretty much would have to bang a few good times at high speeds to cause a hull breach, or just use cutting beams)

On patrol in the Sol system...

"Commander! We have a Klingon cruiser incoming!" yelled a lieutenant. "Red Alert!" ordered the Captain. "Arm all weapons! Status Lieutenant?" "The Klingon is being followed by two other alien ships, sir. I'm detecting weapons fire." "Signal Command. We need assistance. Helm, take us to intercept the Klingon. Comm, open a channel."


"This is the Terren Destroyer Ocea, to all approaching ships. You are in violation of Confederate space. Change course or be fired upon."

IC: The Colonel and Cadet walked down the ram and into the TFU ships control room. The two stood there and the Ram pulled away leaving a gaping hole in the Hull. Oxygen began seeping out fast as the Void of Space came in. The Colonel then threw off his jacket revealing a lightsaber in his belt. He began using Force Push to close up the hole. Once it was shut he ignited his lightsaber and sealed the hole. After it was sealed it looked like it was never touched.

"Scare ya at all?" said the Colonel

OOC: If I rammed YOU with a board ram as well in the other system so how could you cloak when in my post I said I hit you in the control room. That probably smacked your whole ship and killed all your systems.

Kor watched the tatical display. It showed the enemy ship gaining on him. "Change course," he ordered. "Head for sector [I[terra'k[/i]. Maximum warp." the cruiser changed direction and headed for a nine-planet system still two lightyears away. "Fire torpedoes!" he ordered. Twin fireballs spat from the rear of the ship and headed straight for the Battlecruiser.

The Battlecruiser sped up next to the small Klingon cruiser and stuck close next to it untill a Solar System came into view. The Large Cruiser than unfolded a boarding ram that smacked into the cruisers control head. This would most likely render the ship powerless

OOC: He was using FTL travel. I highly doubt that it's possible for anyone to ram someone, at that accuracy, at speeds that aren't even comprehendable. You also use an instantaneous jump system, so, by the time you jump, he's minutes away.

it was a boarding ram. i didn't ram him wth the ship. Also I edited my post a while ago realizing this, before you posted. so I do not find any issue here

Notice that I only said that I fired torpedoes at you, letting you deside if they hit or not. After all, the other person's ship may have some way of protecting itself that you can't be aware of until they RP what happens next. May I suggest that we continnue on and forget the 'ramming of Kor's ship'?)

I said HOPEFULLY RENDERING THE SHIP IMMOBILE. I never said it did. You may be able to do something but I never said I did
