The Rotten Bacon army is at the verge of a major creation. a semi aquatic war city. with it the whole country can be evacuated in a matter of hours and can move it'self to the area by the enimy if we must attack. We can submerge it and bring it up with little trouble. we shall make it cable to hold all citizens as well growth over the next 30 years. capble of launching boats and planes. it will take time but we WILL do this.
