With the increased military activity by the Pananab fleets, Stowes has authorized the construction of a second Junker ship.
The Junker-Class was originally a huge cargo ship designed and released almost a century ago. Stowes captured one and refitted it to the times. The new Junker is designed to be a military ship, unlike the Panrabia. The shields will be more modern and used more efficiently, the engines will be 3x more powerful, the weapons will not be improvised, easier for the ship to handle, and the new weapons (Most of which are stolen) are 3x more powerful than the Panrabia's.
The original Panrabia is still a force to be reckoned with. Having an aresenal that would be given to most fleets and a thicker Shield layer than a Planet Atmosphere (So to speak), the Panrabia can go toe-to-toe with most Flagships and backup ships and still leave with the bridge in tact.
The project will be amazingly cheap at $72 billion Coins (The Panrabia cost $50b just to refit, not mentioning the original building cost), mostly because most of the materials are stolen or from Pananab colonies.
