my current population is 6 million, with compulsory military service of 4-6 years. which gives me about a 3.5 million man army. Telegram me for information. Post in this thread to pledge your support, or to state an intent of alliance.
Process of conquering:
1: declaration of war issued via telegram
2: portions of supporting or allied nations armies sent via telegram. telegram compiled with all the units, and war resumes.
side note: once a declaration of war is about to be issued, a telegram will be sent to all the necessary members, who will then send me their armies. and their agreement to the action.
3: once conquered, the conquered nations password will be handed over, and then changed (as stated in the terms of the Declaration of War), and the regions will be moved to the new Region.
