In an effort to expand diplomatic relations beyond our borders and region, the Kingdom of Charlemeg hereby extends the opportunity to open an embassy in the capital city of New Westphalia.

All applicants for an embassy must detail:

Your Country
Your Ambassador
Number of armed guards
Number of staff
Number of Vehicles
Location of Embassy or Consulate

Please note: The Kingdom of Charlemeg will not allow armed, armored vehicles (tanks, APCs, etc.), armed helicopters, or heavy assault weapons (though in times of high security they can be permitted with special permission from the Kingdom's government). Armored SUVs, limousines, and cars will be allowed. Unarmed transport helicopters will be permitted to transport the ambassador and his staff quickly. Arrangements can be made to install a helipad at the embassy and/or consulate. A staff of no more than 30 and security detail of 15 should occupy the embassy. The Kingdom recognizes all embassies as sovereign to their home country and will not be intruded upon unless the Kingdom has reasonable suspicion of illegal activities taking place, but will obtain a warrant through the proper channels.

All embassies will be located on Embassy Row, two miles from the Parliament building.

Consulates can be located in different cities of the Kingdom if the applying city should want. Consulates are much smaller, so a staff of no more than 10 with a security detail of no more than 5 should be allowed.

We are a nation committed to democracy, free trade, diplomacy, and peace that is interested in formalizing diplomatic ties with your nation. As such, we, the Provisional Federal Parliamentary Republic of The Beltway, request an embassy at 1700 Embassy Row, New Westphalia. We would also like to set up a consulate in Cantonia, Welsby, Weston, and West Yales. Each will have a staff of eight and a four-person security detail armed with P-90 personal defence weapons.

Ambassador Ted Leonsis, whose credentials we hereby present, along with his family, 24 staff, and twelve guards armed with MP-5 submachine guns, will live and work at 1700 Embassy Row. We would like our embassy to have a garage for five armored Chevy Suburban vans and a helipad. We would like to be able to maintain three of our unarmed VH-75 helicopters at the embassy; if this is unsatisfactory, then the helipad will simply be used to provide the capability for a fast escape (by Navy helicopter), if necessary.

Finally, we are interested in a free-trade pact between our nations; we have removed all tariffs of our own, and request that you do the same with regards to our goods. The Democratic Republic of Hamilay wishes to strengthen relations and maintain a diplomatic presence with the Kingdom of Charlemeg. We would like to establish an embassy at 1900 Embassy Row. The residents of the embassy would consist of Ambassador E. Jenkins, his family, 20 embassy staff and 12 guards with XM-8 rifles. If possible, our embassy should have garages for 5 Elusion Class armoured SUVs and a helipad for a UH-60 BlackHawk stripped of its weapons, if unarmed helicopters are permitted. We would also like to establish Hamilayan consulates in the available cities of Cantonia, Welsby, Weston and West Yales each consisting of 10 staff and 5 guards also armed with XM-8s.
Hamilay hopes these terms will be acceptable to you and invites Charlemeg to respond in kind by establishing an embassy in our capital of Sayenna.
