Official Proclamation of the Holy Imperial Government

The Holy Imperial Government of His Sovereign Majesty, Emperor Richard Fabius I of the Holy Empire of Greater Nottingham, recognising that modern nations cannot live in isolation to the events and actions of the international community both in part and in whole, is now announcing an opening of diplomatic relations between the Holy Greater Nottingham Empire and the nations and organisations of the world. We seek requests of friendship, trade and mutual benefit, including an exchange of embassies with our government.

Sincerely,

Lord Peter Ravenstaff
Appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs

We hereby officially recognise your nation as a sovereign entity, and would like to open negotiations. If possible we would like to stage talks between representatives of our nations to discuss trade, exchange of embassies, and other matters of interest. We would be happy to hold these talks in our nation or yours, whichever is more convenient.

Your response is most welcome. Now, although it may seem old-fashioned, I like to conduct negotiations face to face. Would it be possible for your nation to send an emissary to Helfaer for talks, and if not could we send an emissary to your nation? I fully understand if this is not possible.

K. Almarxa, Foreign Affairs Minister, Helfaer
