We are proud to officially launch the Confederation of Independent Planets (CIP) . Member nations shall be friendly to each other and will help each other when one is in trouble . Also joint military exercises will be held regularly to foster cooperation among our forces . And we can also share technologies with each other and further build on it . Post Modern Time / Modern Time can also join .

The Confederation of Independent Planets :
1)All Member Nations Must Be Friendly To Each Other , any member that is hostile to another member shall be ejected .
2)All Member Nations must pledge to assist another member nation when in war or in any sort of difficulties .
3)Each Member Nation is to send a representative to debate and to speak up for that country at a C.I.P Headquarters . The location of the CIP HQ will be decided once the base foundation of the C.I.P is set-up .
4)When the foundation of the C.I.P is ready , a leader nation will be elected to sit for a 2 year (1 month real life) period who will administer justic to foul nations etc .
5)Any nation who does not follow the rules of the C.I.P shall be kicked out immediately .
6)Member nations must participate in annual joint military exercises unless a valid excuse is given .
7)All member nations must donate at least 5 million Credits / 6 million USD every 2 years (1 month real life) to fund C.I.P joint activities and the money will be managed by a Independent Body , the Inter Gallactic Banking Clan .

Just so you know, Mationbuds, MT and PMT nations don't generally accept FT ones in their war, so you can't legitimately help your MT and PMT members of this alliance. Also, it's generally accepted that one RL day = one NS year.

However, I'd be more than glad to do an alliance trade (if you join my alliance, I'll join yours). (We've already got forums, a website, and 10 members).

A New Bill has officially Been Passed :

A Confederation Military will be created to carry out the disciplinary duties of the Confederation and to help member nations when in war . Each member nation is required to submit a minimum of 2 Victory Class Star Destroyers , 4 Interdictor Cruisers , 6 Carrack Class Light Cruisers OR 4 Victory Cruisers and 8 Carrack Class Light Cruisers .

If your Nation is PMT , you can instead send at least 1 Nitmitz Class Aircraft Carrier , 4 Frigates and 2 Submarines OR 4 Frigates , 2 Submarines and 6 Gunboats .

Do you accept equivalent vessals, if so where can a list of their capabilities be found so other craft may be substituted?

If you wish the actual classes, since we do not produce such craft, where may we purchase said ships? We will crew them, but I fear we would not have the support services to keep them in proper service. We would have to contract out the maintainance and supply trains.

Yes we do accept equavailent vessels . As for the maintaining and upkeeping and crewing ... Maintainence and Upkeeping will be given to Confederation Ground Crew and for Crewing would be by the Confederation Troopers .

The Confederation Armed Fleet will be located at the Headquarters when it has been decided but for now it will be located at the Temporary Headquarters .

The Duties of the Fleet is to patrol Confederation Airspaces and also to go to the Aid of any Member Nation when it is in War or Distress .

We request that you change the craft restriction to a particular class (3 cruisers, 2 destroyers, etc), so that we do not have to needlessly waste our time chasing after the power of a craft that we may never have even heard about.

OOC: Well, nobody knows. I'm going to do a bit of shameless self-promoting here, and say that the Alliance of Worlds (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=468368) has both a forum (http://s15.invisionfree.com/AllianceofWorlds/index.php?act=idx), and a website (www.AllianceofWorlds.co.nr), and we're probably going to ally with this alliance, to boot.

As long as a Member Nation/Planet contributes anything that is similar to what is specified will be accepted . However if they submit their own kind of craft , it must at least be of same size/power of the Specified Craft .

And as for our organization . This won't be a 2 day thing because we are going to set up our website and a forum ASAP . I'm currently creating the website and forum design .

And to prevent a lack of Participation , new issues/bills will be proposed every 2/3 Weeks by any Member which wishes to bring it up . The proposal will be voted by the Members and afterwards viewed by the Leader Nation .

The Confederacy of Independent Planets welcomes Trinity Prime's re-affirmation of ties and wishes our alliance to grow stronger in all ways .

In any loose alliance , there must still be a leader to mantain order and stability within the alliance , as such , our federation leader will have majority of the veto powers .

He will administer the justice within the alliance and will make the decisions which affect the alliance , of course each member empire is also welcomed to send a envoy to be the empire's counsellor to the Confederation .

The counsellor will be close to the Federation chief and will have considerable veto powers in alliance matters .

To support our claim as federation chief on the rotational basis , we will administer justice which will lead to a strong , fair and stable federation that will soon rival that of the GFFA or the GE in no time .

We will soon rope in all to assist in a massive recruitment drive to encourage and welcome new members into our alliance . This is substantial and crucial in the expansion of our federation .

Considering that the GFFA is being invaded en masse, and the GE is a shadow of what it once was, with three or four notable members.. Yeah. I'd say that's hardly an impressive goal.

Perhaps you'd do best to set your goals low? Grow as large as the Republic? Then grow as large as the AoW was? And then aim for something like the GFFA? Give it six or seven months, and you might even hit the first one..

Our current members have been excellent ones . We will soon ascend to power rivalling those of the GFFA .

OOC: I joined when I was still playing as the Realm. The Realm's inner worlds were glassed, their people all but destroyed, their fleets shattered, and their leaders killed by the Maker-Mind. Now, the Realm hides near a few stars, fearful of the ever-hunting Maker-Mind. So yeah. My membership is limited to that. And that's hardly a powerful nation, by any stretch of the imagination.

The next ship is also feared this is the Standard Flagship of the Phenixican Navy they are expensive and could send most nations broke. the Empire used the wealth brought in by the conquest of the galaxy to make them and there are currently 5 in service. they are used to give the Grand-Admirals something feel 'Grand' about and this design can take on small fleets by itself.

I have constructed one ship for you, The I.P.N Unity (Can rename if you wish).

It is a Standard Flagship, Like the Kathrine i sent in the Matenbuds rebellion.

Phenixican Standard Flagship
The next ship is also feared this is the Standard Flagship of the Phenixican Navy they are expensive and could send most nations broke. the Empire used the wealth brought in by the conquest of the galaxy to make them and there are currently 5 in service. they are used to give the Grand-Admirals something feel 'Grand' about and this design can take on small fleets by itself.

This will be used for CIP purposes I assume ? It will now be the first warship to the CIP Fleet and soon warships from all member empires will join the Fleet and the fleet will grow strong and powerful , one day it will protect us all from foreign threats .

The Edward City Space Shipyards are designing a ship now too.Now i don't have the characteristics but i will post them ASAP.

Well there is nothing going on, Phenixica is a isolationist nation so we only get involved in war if there is a benefit for us.

Also im still working on ways to make the Empire more effective.

Galactica Battleship class
This class is the bigger in my fleet.It has 200 MAC cannons can be fired at the same time with a fire power capable to destroy an entire fleet of fighters and bombers.The ship is powered by a Fusion reactor.
