I am Dahir Ali Shermarke, the Foreign Minister of the United Somali Republic. I have been asked by President Hussein Siad Barre to convey this message to the world. We are a poor, young, struggling nation, with an undeveloped economy and little exposure to other cultures. We would like to, how should I say, "broaden our horizons." We are a Marxist-oriented government, though we wish to maintain an ideologically moderate, non-aligned foreign policy. If anyone is interested in building an embassy in Mogadishu, our capital city, or signing a trade treaty or non-aggression pact, please send me a letter. Thank you very much.

OOC: 100 snipermen? isn't that a bit much for an embassy? Hell, isn't any snipermen a bit much for an embasy? I mean Snipers are usually used for assassination.

Borric Almanad, we do not have too many specific conditions. There can be no nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons in your embassy and no more than 500 armed personnel. Is this acceptable?

We also request an embasy complex Idealy on a hill close to your capital with rail and road links to an airport, port and your capital.

It will have a garrison of 25 wardens, 200 army, 100 artillary command, 150 of our air defence force, 25 naval officers and ratings.

however be aware that all our citzens are trained in military matters so that if attacked the number of combatents will be higher then this.

Any aid that we can render you please ask and it shall be provided.

We are interested in forming an embassy in your nation. We request a plot with good transport links to major USR towns. We will hold a small garrison of 100 heavy infantry and 20 SOV-06 Combat Vehicles (with 60 crew) plus one SC-79 Transport Plane and 200 embassy staff. In return, we will provide $20 billion in aid and cash to your improvished nation if we can send up to 10,000 Rolatian government staff to supervise use of the money and aid.
