Asbena's bazaar is filled with every type of person, from the beaming and polite shopkeepers to the seedy arms dealers of the shadows. A small group of young men approached Beltway's potential buyers with care.

"You want to buy these vehicles we made? 8 mil is sure swell, though I am sure we can also give you some buying tips to, get your imports cheap and use old parts like we do!"

For the 8 mil the boys handed over a complete list of how the guns should be attached and how they work on the vehicles. The gatling gun in the center, has a support bar in the backend of the cabin for recoil issues, and the bed of the pick up can be lined with small stoage boxes for extra ammo or armor. The team even let them try out a modified Toyota that had a better engine (ripped from a muscle car most likely) that could fly over dunes and turn on a dime. The technology Asbena called this was Scrap Tech. Scrap Tech is the process of upgrading and overpowering normal vehicles and weapons into super versions that are all custom made to the conditions they find themselves in.

Asbena also promised to release one new Scrap Tech: Technical Vehicle type every year for ten years and at least one new Scrap Tech vehicle per year in the People's Underground Militia showcase.

"That sounds like a good deal, ya?" asked the head of the boys, showing a case full of papers and diagrams of the designs, changes and variety of custom weapons systems that they were planning to install this year on several new Technicals.

The dark haired CEO walked through the bazaar, looking for a buyer for his brand of goods. He worked for Yurkan Nuclear, and outside he was more than willing to ship in some weapon grade Uranium. Plans for nuclear weapons could be found all over the internet, so he felt it wasn't important to bring those with him. He slowly watched a group of men in turbans walk by and scratched the back of his neck.

"Gahh... All these disgusting foreigners..." He whispered, looking around as he attempted to keep his suit clean from the people walking by, "I'd better get a raise for this..."

A businessman much like the CEO came across the man as wanting to sell something from his demeanor and way of searching around, looking disgusted at the normal people.

The businessman in a tuxedo was obviously one of the more aristocratic land owners of Asbena and looked at the CEO and smiled. His voice was soft, but was clear, "What business do you have in Asbena, sir?"

"Ah hello. I'm here from my naiton to sell some of our surplus..." He looked around a bit, "Uranium. Its weapon grade, but I'm sure you can find a buyer in this kind of place. However, if I sell this you'll have to not disclose where it came from, for all of our safety."

The man nodded and said, "I understand. How much for the goods?" He slipped the CEO a box of american money that contained at least 50 million or more as proof he had it. "This kind of deal is illegal in our own nation, but the government is always above the law. All in God's name, everything is allowed." he added.

"Ah yes God." The man said with a smile as he held the box in his spare hand, then looked around a bit more, seemingly more cautious. After a minute more, he was sure there were no other witnesses, "I have two hundred million USD worth in a supply truck outside of the city... I can always have more delivered at a later date... Just remember, Yurkan Nuclear is always looking to help the buyer, even if it means going below the law."

A small band of men appeared in the house, they were armed to the teeth.

"Sir." they said nodding to the old man.

The old man nodded and said, "$200 million worth? Would you like to be escorted to the far end of town to the Regent's place, I am sure the government would surely pay the rest directly to you."

"Hmm... Well I was hoping to get back soon... But if its to seal the deal I suppose I have to." The CEO bowed and walked over to the band of men, "Alright then."

The armed guards were in tuxedo's and looked like bouncers except that they carried enough weapons for a small army. On them they had russian Ak-47's, one for each hand, a collection of pistols and metal knuckles. On their bodies was at least 4 combat knives and a katanna.

"This way sir, if there is any problem we'll take care of it." they said as they left the door. The pointed to a run-down Toyota truck with gatling cannons on it and a TOW missile launcher.

"Surely you know what these have done in Wethersburg? These trucks out gunned Humvee's and destroyed them like nothing. Even a tank can't stop these agile trucks."

There was two of them, one would lead the way out of the city towards the government headquarters and the other would tail, making sure they wouldn't be attacked with such valuable cargo. One of the body guard, Hito, would stay with the CEO just to make sure he was safe.

The trucks pulled out and headed down the road towards the facility....

A tall, bald, dark-suited man walked into the Bazaar, looking around him shiftily. Walking around to the nearest shifty-looking salesman, he spoke.

"I'm looking for cars. Nondescript, armoured cars."

He opened his suitcase slightly, revealing a large amount of currency.

"Ah... Well thats good to know. Safety first." The CEO said with a smile as he brushed off his coat and looked around the vehicle a bit before looking over at the bodyguard, "So this Regent will have the necessary payment for the Uranium?"

Before Hito could answer, the man quickly pulled out a bottle of pills, decorated with a neon smile on it. Struggling for a minute, the top finally popped off, pouring the pills onto his lap as he stuck a handful in his mouth before working on putting them back into the bottle.

"Gah.."

"He'll have the money---What are those for?" he asked

They would arrive in 5 minutes at the facility, their was almost no one on the streets anymore.

"Err... They're from the Chemical Dyne Incorporated. Don't they have mood pills in Asbena?" He said with a raised eyebrow as he placed the last of the mood augmenting pills into the bottle.

"No...we don't have medicines like that." he said and pointed out the building.

They were just a few minutes away, the trip had been uneventful.

"Asbena is really low-tech, we are landlocked, so its not easy as you must know."

In the back loading area of the Bazaar, Raven corps soldiers unloaded the H.A.E.S.B. the missile platform was large but had a good numbers of missiles already in the platform and was ready to fire.

The soldier walked over to the old man and told him the Platform was thier....

"Ah well. Where I'm from, drugs like these have been circulated to everyone so often, that it doesn't seem like that big a deal..." He smiled a bit as he noticed that they were nearing, seeming more calm now, "Though most people are too reliant on the pills, and without them they'd probably wind up dead or in a hospital outside of Yurka. They're like... Little tablets of emotion."

The man leaned back a bit, placing the bottle of pills into his pocket. The outside world was nothing like Yurka, much more dirty and gritty, but in a way it probably held its own type of beauty. Not that he could see it though, but then again he worked for a corporation, and wasn't some tree-hugger.

"Ahhh looks like we're just about there."

The team from Lockheed had thoroughly tested the gear and were ready to sign the papers when one member suddenly asked, "Where's the specs? You have a nice abstract, but we'll need the specs!"

At this point the engine has a rougher time. Though since it is lighter, the vehicle moves away faster when it has used all the rockets up and won't be strainful on the engine."

We have two basic models of armoured cars, they come in Sedan and "Jeep/Truck" or more of a suburban.

We also retrofit regular vehicles.

The suburban can have heavy weapons in the back for roof opening (athough not standard, or rocket launcher pop up.

The man smiled and pulled out a labtop computer, which was uncommon for people to have in this nation. He opened an account through a wireless network and it was a wire-fund transfer system.

He put in his account and his password, the password carefully hidden from view by hyphens, but the password appeared to be 64 characters long!

"Put in your account and password, the funds will be wired directly to your company from our national bank." he said, obviously a little happy they weren't asking any more to give such a low-tech nation a powerful anti-air weapon like this. A weapon that could mean the protection of every city from those horrible F/A-22's that could slip in and bomb a cities specific structures and fight and down over 5 of their aircraft easily and slip out unharmed. The superiority of that fighter would be non-existant with a single EMP blast to fry its systems.

The man smiled back confidently, "Of course I'm unguarded, but the Uranium itself has a small group of armed men around it. Should that fail to prevent aggressive action, Yurkan Nuclear will simploy order a strike against you. You may not be aware of this, but most people in the nation of Yurka are microchipped to keep track of them. I am myself am no different."

The man nodded to the businessman. "Our people have a similar system, but not that high-tech. The money has been transferred sir, I trust all is in order?"

The business man broke into a small bow, "Of course. Would you like the Uranium placed anywhere in particular before I leave?" He then looked around at the surroundings a bit, as he reached into a pocket and pulled out a pair of mirrored sunglasses. He always felt more assured of himself when the clients were unable to tell what he was looking at.

The man smiled and snapped his fingers, one of the guards left and instantly a engine roared to life. It was like a massive hellcat purring. Outside a huge armored truck roared and pulled up infront of the building.

The truck was converted from mining to Asbena's most powerful armored cargo carrier and one dangerous weapon to boot.

"My men will help you put it into our truck. I hope you like these trucks, they recently have a reputation for taking out Florintine's Apache's with our SAM site on the top of the combat version." the man said while smiling. "If you ever need to sell more, you'll know where to find us."

"Indeed I do. I'm sure the Corporation will remain interested in getting rid of any more surplus Uranium we have on hand." The man suddenly bowed and made way for the truck, turning his head slightly, "I suppose I should say we're in your debt, enjoy your Uranium, and remember not to mention the location you received it from."
