Two ideas for various entertainment. Please tell me what you think.

1)A comic taking place in around 2012 where a guy is looking at hydrogen atoms and sees what he thinks look like gears. The next day, a bunch of buildings falll spontaneously, people get crashed into, but live, and other various freak accidents. So the guy finds out that there is a man who actually makes physics possible with small gear-like gears. Of course this guy is dying...

2)How many times have you heard in an RPG about a guy who is told by an elder he needs to fulfill the prophecy? A lot. So why not an RPG in a totally alternate reality where a girl has to fulfill a prophecy, but so do a LOT of other people.

Both sound good, thought might need a bit more fleshing out. I'd be interested in RPing in either.

well, i'm not sure of the specifics of your RPG idea, but inmy story, a girl is told she has to fulfil a prophecy, only it turns out that she's not the only one and there's other people who have to fulfil the same prophecy. The catch is that these other people are the only ones who really know that there even are other people that need to fulfill the prophecy and that they are them...

Yeah...1337. The second idea is the best. It's actually a decent idea I had for writing a novel about a group of characters all trying to fulfill different prophecies with the same basic objective. Really, though it's one big allegory for the beneficial characteristics of mankind's diversity.
