The Communist Union of Non Comformists, has tested an Atomic Bomb in the San Juan Desert. The weapon was 50 kiliotons. Fallout is expected to be low due to The San Juan Desert have very little winds, no one is expected to see much health effects seeing as the test site is 500 Square Miles.
