The nation of Asbena may be small, but after being repeated threatened for their belief system and way of working the Lord has told them to arm themselves with the unholy weapons of the devil to defeat the devil incarnate in all his forms.
"MY PEOPLE! WE SHALL BAND TOGETHER.....AND STOP....AND TURN BACK...THE ENEMIES...OF OUR FAIR NATION,...OF ASBENA!" said the leader's loud booming voice over the radio. A radio broadcast that was heard by every single man, woman and child of the nation.
Since then the economy has boomed with the move towards war in all its forms. The nation rallying behind the idea of existance as a fight not only for God and their rights, but for their VERY existance. Clever proproganda from the government spurs them behind this, making a weak nation band together to function at a much larger capacity then one should allow. The people will suffer greatly, but the rapid industrialization and war moves will be years ahead of common nations like Asbena.

In a large warehouse, like one that the mighty 767's would inhabit during their inactive periods, a large crowd of people gathered around war-wares and a mixture of weapons ranging from the common to the fanciful to the down-right scary. The technology was low-grade and was not beautiful, but it was inspiring how so many types of equipment were made from spare parts.
The Rocket Buggy: A recreational dune buggy modified with a larger engine and rocket pods.

People crowded around it, the brown earthen coated dune buggy had some powerful weapons. The rockets would be able to deal damage to tanks and buildings from far way. Easy to get away and reload, it was a wonderful vehicle that made people gasp at how easy it could maneuver or go anywhere with its powerful arsenal on its back.
This was just one of the vehicles the people of Asbena had come up with to remove the threat of foreign powers on their land...
