A concept is being modeled on paper with your team as we speak, some of the specifications were, several bed rooms, lounge, bar, Security room, cameras, secured armory, USMC Guards, AA countermeasures, presidential room, conference room, strategic map room, and more. It is possible that we could add removeable pylons, or extendable pylons for the water. It would be a smart idea, we will see if we can have it someone added to the aircraft, As well as 3 inflatable zodiacs, and 2 Water escapes. Not to forget the presidential escape pod (Like in Space Shuttle) and parachutes for the crew. Also a refueling boom incase of a need to stay in the air.

And as for the Loyalty card, what does this offer me?

A flight of USMC, Engineers, and inspecters are in a flight to your nation. They will land and show you the design from exterior what they have come up with and will show you the overview of the interior later tonight. If any sabotage occurs, the Marines will make sure the equipment of our plane gets out and they all become evacuated. If they are fired upon by anything spying or a terrorist, they will be shot on sight. This is no joke, we will not take any sabotage or espionage lightly.
