To Whom it May Concern:
Our closest ally, Pallazia, has just been bombed by terrorists. They attacked the First Bank of Pallazia at Davidov Square using explosives and suicide bombers. Luckily, the attack was after work hours, but there are still casualities. The death toll is up to 47. We suspect the rouge communist nation of Sheehanium. We ask of all nations, both in our region and out, to help out Pallazia in its time of need, and to help bring those responsible to justice. May the light of Kantor shine upon us in our time of darkness.
