Tetchuan

OOC: I am doing this for fun, others can RP and join in if they like.
IC: On the dawn of August 4th, it had started as a normal day. Commuters began their trips to work as the sun was just an hour into it's shine of the day. It was 7:30 AM, and Tetchuan's capital Milton was at the peak of rush hour. Tetchuan Prime Minister Kremlin Castro was just awaking in his room as he looked out the window across his bed. It was a bright, warm, sunny summer day in the capitol, and all seemed normal.
Milton's tallest building, the Cumberland Center stood at 1,856 feet. The monster of a building was built 24 years previous, and was Milton's center of commerce and banking. Employees had been pouring into the building for over 2 hours now as many had already begun their typical day at work. No one would imagine the terror about to unfold at the Center, nor could they ever fathom it happening in a country that had never experienced a terrorist attack.
At 8:04 AM, just 400 yards away on top of the Clariton Hotel, two men stood ready to execute their attack that took several months and crutial planning to undergo. On top of the hotel, stood not only two men, but a large rocket device. As the two men loaded up the device, they radioed to a large red van just below the hotel to "begin execution". As the van began to slowly drive off, the two men quickly said a prayer and then fired a missile. The missile travelled so quickly not even bystanders on the ground had time to react. At 8:06:32 AM, the missile struck the middle of the Cumberland Center. A huge fireball shot out from the side of the building as debris shot out in all directions. Bystanders below began to scream, when at that moment the two men on top of the Clairiton Hotel blew themselves up, causing a fire to ensue on top of the building, and knocking out a near-by tele-communications line.
Just 1 minute later, the red van drove straight through the lobby and smashed into a desk on the inside. Seconds later, the van exploded with such a force, it could be felt hundreds of yards away. Glass and concrete shot everywhere hundreds were already dead. Sirens could be heard in the distance as the mid-center, lobby and first 4 floors of the Center burned with debris still falling. Bystanders scattered in every direction as Tetchuan began to face it's first terrorist attack.
OOC: Okay anyone that wants to throw in some stuff may, just no complete destruction of the building, not yet anyway. I will also add more.
