To Whom It May Concern

We are very pleased to inform you all that the position of His Lesser Holiness has finally been decided upon. This is a very important day for Nation of Quebec and for Kantoranity. (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Kantoranity) Our very own William Soval has gladly accepted this most holy position. This only happens once every ten years. There will be a mass led by His Holiness Chris Kantor, a worldwide feast, and a festival highlighting the very best of our nation. Of course, we will gladly invite any nations who wish to watch this most holy event. Please come to the Tower of Kantor, located in Kazerth, Kantoriuma, which is located in our beautiful region of Xindus. May the light of Kantor guide your path.

The Most Divine Empire of Waldenburg will send an embassador to the occasion. The party shall include a member of the Divine Legion, Archbishop Klinderburg and their staffs. They do indeed look forward to the event, and hope they shall bring a union between our nations.
